Very happy with EasyMate
Live chat response
trying to get answers about credits since this easemate.ai is credits based free or not. live chat answers my questions well. but image to video generation is actually expensive.
all in all good
all in all, very good. seems to be relatively easy to use, has a bit of a learning curve though but seems to be easier than othrr picture to image creation softwares
AI world newbie
I am new to this AI world, I started using this in early 2026 and so picking it all up as I go along but so far with Easemate I feel that I am starting to slowly get the hang of it because although I know I am not doing anything particularly complicated as yet, it is very easy to follow and understand which gives you confidence to carry on and I got good results immediately. The fact that you can collect more credit every day quickly and easily is a bonus, so you know you can always get more which means there's no worry about running out which enables you to feel free to create, try things out and make mistakes. Had a bit of a problem today with one ad for credit that didn't count down so couldn't get a credit as I couldn't finish or go back, this was just one problem but everything else, so far has been positive.
Thanks, look forward to doing more.
Powerful and Surprisingly Easy AI Tool
I started using the AI program from EaseMate AI and I’m honestly very satisfied with the results. From the beginning, the interface felt intuitive and easy to understand, even without any technical background. The AI responds quickly and produces high-quality content that often exceeds my expectations. I especially like how flexible the tool is, because it helps with writing, ideas, and creative tasks in just a few seconds. Another thing I appreciate is that the output sounds natural and well-structured instead of robotic. It has already saved me a lot of time when working on texts and small projects. I also noticed that the software continues to improve with regular updates and useful features. Overall, I’m very happy with this AI program and can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient AI assistant
Compliments.

Worst App – Feels Like a Scam
They advertise this as a free AI video generator, but that’s not true. When you try to generate a video, they first ask you to create an account. After signing up, they immediately ask for payment.
They also mention joining credits, but those credits don’t even let you generate the first video. If the service is paid, be honest about it instead of calling it free and wasting people’s time.

A bit disappointed-no subscription reminder
Hi I very much like using this product . However i hate the fact that I dont get a notification at the end of the month when monthly subscription ends. you just go ahead a recharge, i dont like that. That is not how it was before . i usually get a reminder which give me the option to tell you to go ahead or not.

Excellent customer service and creative possibilities!
had a small issue with my credits not generating a video, but the support team (thanks, Warren!) handled it professionally and quickly. They restored my credits and even provided links to the generated content. EaseUS (EaseMate) is a great tool for anyone looking to push their creative boundaries, especially when working with AI face animation and music. Highly recommended for their proactive approach to customers!
Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Great tools and ease of use.
Rot in hell
Evil, evil people. Can't delete my account or cancel my membership, and when I tried to, the CEO was a complete ass. Rot in hell

Difficult to navigate.
Just picking a random ai website to make cute Cat pictures and enchanting forests.
I struggled to find a way to delete my account, as I got too busy with other things in the end.
It took a while to get it deleted, but it finally is. Although it’s on a completely different website, there really should be a way to delete accounts on the website we originally made one on, or at least a link to the other website to do it there.

Where have the video credits gone?
I’ve just started a monthly plan and have only created two image-to-video clips so far, each costing 180 credits for so-so quality videos compared to the competition. I now have just 520 credits left, which only allows a few more videos. This doesn’t line up with the advertised “60 videos per month”.I guess this assumes using the poorest video engine available.
I have given the plan another month because I got used to the layout, still looking for a better option, and I only need the 'text to images' feature. TIP: Keep all the links they give you after payment so you can cancel more easily, and not get auto-billed for another month.

EaseMate steals your media and your personal data
They make it seem like you can generate a sample text2speech AI character for free, they make you upload a photo showing a clear face, they make you upload sample speech in file format, they make you sign up with your email address... then once they've got your image, your audio and your email address - that's when they finally let you know it isn't a free trial and the 5 minutes you've just wasted was simply for the purpose of giving them data. I hope the owners of the company suffer a prolapsed anus, or at least a distended rectum.

It's so bad it feels like a scam

i just wanted a backflip
Asked GBT for the best AI video maker and it sent me to this website, at first it seemed good, everything was working and I took a while to create everything I needed for my first prompt to start working. when I clicked generate video, it said i needed an account... so i made an account and connected it to my google and then it says i need 30 credits to make a video, it didnt mention this before i made an account. the only way to get credits is to sign in everyday for 10 credits, so one video every 3 days, or spend $8 per month or $90 a year for ~14k credits, thats about 450 videos a year which isnt bad, if i wanted 450 videos, i just want a few to have fun with. so im mad that they lured me into creating an account for it for making me seem like i could just make it. jiggling keys infont of a child would be kinder than by showing us how easy it is to use their software but making us waste our time by filling everything out when it wont let me use it. my information is with this ai website that from what ive read from the other reviews isnt good anyways as the payment aint the best. i just wanted to see my friend do a backflip. audacity
Scam alert: subscription never activates
Purchased a Lite subscription, got a confirmation email, but the system refused to register that my account had a Lite subscription. It continued to say I was on the "Basic"/free tier. Messaging their "live chat" did nothing and no one ever responded. I submitted to cancel the subscription, and they claim it's cancelled, but of course they do not refund the current month's fees. I believe this is their business model, to collect a single months' fees from users and not provide any services. The free tier does not give enough credits to generate anything, so one must purchase another sub to use the site.
