This means that when you sign up for a monthly plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team, and we will never refuse a legitimate cancellation request.

Different AI models and parameter settings (such as video resolution, length, or generation quality) consume different amounts of credits. When you're creating content, the interface clearly shows how many credits a specific combination will require before you confirm generation. This allows you to choose the option that best fits your needs and budget. We apologize if this wasn't made clear enough during your experience.

Could be a great tool, but they take your credits and don't, at times, produce. I did sign up for a subscription, but account still shows free, Customer service is non existant. Finally got an email back after trying live chat 4 times.. nobody there... Told it was the weekend so would get back to me Monday, Lets see if they bother.
