Had a little leak from one of the…
Had a little leak from one of the filters I bought of this company. But the way they have dealt with it was top notch. They asked me for a photo of the leak and then after that, a new was sent out in the post to replace the faulty filter. I also lost a nut when installing the filter they sorted me one of those as well. Today the same member of staff has called me to check that I have received the item and to check that the nut was popped in the package. Bloody Awesome customer service. What a refreshing change !!!!

This machine was purchased as a result of having bought my previous machine from Eastmidlandswater co
Machine was delivered very promptly and fitted to existing connections, No problems but I had to query one aspect as I didn't understand that the machine had an auto-regeneration system. Great service and nice people to deal with.

Next Day Delivery and the Black Friday sale was a genuine deal unlike most nowadays. Everything was there. Can't complain. I know I can rely on them when I need filter replacements.

had it running a couple of weeks, the cleanliness of the water is startling, what have we been drinking!! the softness of the water can be seen by the minimal stains on chrome, stainless and porcelain!!!! have recommended to friends, but they have yet to see it

Recently replaced my old water softener which I bought from EMWC 16 year ago. They gave me excellent advice on a suitable replacement that used exactly the same fittings. The replacement was damaged in transport, but EMWC identified the problem over the phone and arranged an immediate replacement. Excellent support and service from both sales and technical staff.

Plus I also have the reverse osmosis water filter from EMWC which is my second one after having the first one for about 8 years, and I’ve also bought my daughter the Royal reverse osmosis water filter. Can’t recommend this company highly enough

A water filter which lasts up to 3 years. Quite good and easy to install.
The problem is that I got a mixer tap which I cannot installed because there is a part missing.
and I cannot find it anywhere.

BT65 F15 Whole House Water Filter
Been using these for 6 years now (just ordered my next one) and they're brilliant. Our water was totally undrinkable before fitting this filter, but now we can drink straight from the tap and it tastes lovely. Easy to fit and change for a DIY'er.
Also a great company to deal with and super fast delivery.
