It's a site designed to trick you. Just use the DVLA site.. This company pay to take advantage of getting ads to the top of google, and while you may assume your on a goverment site, it is infact these clowns you charge you and extra £80 for doing nothing. Reported the advert to Google and will be providing information to the fraud squad.

I had my whole purse stollen on a night out so was really stressed trying to order a new driving license in time for my holiday and didn’t realise the website I was on. Massive, massive scam wouldn’t give you a refund. £101 for a new license when they are £20 what a massive joke! We couldn’t talk to the refund department because they apparently “don’t have a phone.” Like seriously??? Are companies allowed like this? To scam people? A massive joke!

I have just fallen for this scam. Does anyone have an email address for these 'people'? Thanks

I’ve given them all my personal information, how stupid am I!
Fortunately it was only when I got to the payment page I smelt a rat! I could not see the amount payable. So got out quickly. Beware.

Absolute scam. They took 95 off me. I sent them over 25 emails with expletives. "Margaret" then emailed me which finally had a contact number- 02045713272. Called that and after a few emails, they agreed to refund me 95 vack confirmed in an email. If I receive this I will update on here

I clicked on their site whilst busy with two kids. Ordered a licence. Realised my error and requested a refund 9 MINUTES after application. They did not respond to my requeat until after they processed my application.
They are now refusing to refund me because they have provided a service. I am fighting back with everything I can. Joke.
I need the money for other things. Such a scam.
Apparently the SECOND you pay they have provided a service so will never refund you.
They offered £16 as a goodwill gesture. Absolutely not.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

A sc website I fell for. Cost 115 and you cannot contact them or get a refund.
Am concerned as it took details of my sons passoort number and N.I number.
Anyone know if there anyone to contact regarding this as I'm now worried about identity theft..
Please do not use this site and Google take it down as it cones up first on the search engine.

Absolutely joke of a website, I clicked on the link thinking it was the DVLA by accident which yes was my fault, but no where did they say they would take £101 out of my bank for the renewal of a drivers license. I contacted them after reading there terms and conditions which states the consumer act allows a 14 day cooling off period I would be entitled to a full refund which they said they cannot give me, absolute scam do not use this website!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would.
I was applying for my provisional and it look like the actaul legit site and It charged me £115 for it and I didn't know any better that it wasn't that expensive. Then when I clued that it probably wasn't legit I emailed them asking if I can cancel and get my money back.

I’ve just been taken in by this website getting a new licence , emailed to cancel but not holding out much hope . Are these people legitimate & am I going to get my licence at least ?

I did receive my licence after only one week in the end unfortunately it did cost me £95 !

Total idiot me for getting taken in by official looking website. In a hurry so didnt check thoroughly enough. The only thing that alerted me before checking my statement was their amateurish follow email. My credit card provider will reimburse me but nevertheless very annoyed to be taken in. How these companies can legally do business is beyond me.

Not a scam but a very expensive checking website. I couldn't get a chargeback as they have provide a service. I got offered a £40 refund which I had to take. Just make sure you go to the official DVLA website & pay £14 instead of £95.........

Basically stolen £95 from my account I'm not bothered though because I know I will be getting it back as I have contacted ICO and also filled in the consumer FRAUD report from my bank. I might have to wait a little bit but either way I will have my money back stay clear of these guys robbing stnuc....

Crooks just took £115 off me for my daughters provisional license!!! My daughter was using her phone unbeknown she was using the wrong site-should’ve been DVLA- what happens now they have all her details and my card details? Do I cancel my card?

Credit card fraudsters. A friend unfortunately fell for their scam. AVOID THESE CROOKS. Apparently they have commercial links to notorious fake car park crime syndicate ParkingEye Ltd whose criminal activity is facilitated by British Parking Association.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. My son applied accidentally through them for his first licence. He emailed 14 mins later to cancel and was was told no refund as they had provided the service already. Log story short it took 10 emails, a subject access request for proof they had provided the service in that short time (I still never got that info and had to threaten to report them to the ICO), advising them they were in breach of contract and advising them I was taking them to the small claims court and they offered £50 refund of their £81 fee. I accepted despite knowing I could have taken it further and got the other £31 but it was just taking so much of my time emailing back and forth. They will catch other people out for sure as they are the first to appear in a Google search for applying for a first licence: young people won’t realise what they are doing. Avoid avoid avoid!
