Delivered damaged commercial microwave

I ordered a commercial microwave from them and when it was delivered to my cafe during opening hours, the delivery guys driving a Salford van hire van delivered it and placed it on the floor iny cafe, pushed me into signing for it then made an excuse that i can unpakage it later then left in a rush.
When i said i was supposed to check it first they said i can do that later and left.
I unpackaged it and found a dent in the top. i phoned them immediately and they wanted proof of time of delivery and video footage. i sent them a photo and they replied back saying it shouldn't affect the operation of the microwave. How are they to know it wasn't dropped and some damage has been done to the inside.
they offered me £25 and then silence.
Stay away from this company. I asked them to collect it and replace it, again, no response. Read the google reviews on this company they are terrible.

I had issue with their delivery

I had issue with their delivery, I had to chase them, spend alot of time on the phone and writing emails. The company wanted to charge me for the delivery claiming the come around and no one was in. I checked my cctv and found out they never come around the address. Once the payment is in their account they didn't seems to care about the customer. I regret buying from them.

Avoid Easy Equipment – Poor Service and Misleading Warranty

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I’ve had a terrible experience with Easy Equipment. They take forever to respond, and their so-called "1-year warranty" is misleading. Instead of replacing faulty products, they only refund the remaining warranty days, which is frustrating and inconvenient—and not clearly stated in their terms and conditions.

I returned two blenders costing over £300 each. One didn’t even work when I opened it, and after sending a video (as requested), I had to wait over 7 weeks for a replacement. The other blender stopped working after just 4 months, and instead of a replacement, I was offered a partial refund. To make matters worse, I’m still waiting for the replacement blender they claimed to have sent—it hasn’t arrived yet.

Customer service is equally disappointing. Complaints are ignored (mine has been pending for over 8 weeks), and their phone lines are unreliable—calls often get disconnected, and no one follows up. The overseas customer service team struggles with communication due to language barriers, making the process even more frustrating.

I’ll never buy from this company again and strongly recommend others to purchase from reliable retailers like E Catering or Argos instead. Save yourself the headache!

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Easy Equipment. I ordered a commercial plate warmer on 26th November and was told it would arrive by 29th November. It never arrived. After repeatedly contacting their customer service, I was met with vague responses and empty promises that someone would call me back with an update—no one ever did.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’m still waiting for either the product or a refund. The lack of communication and accountability is shocking for a business that claims to serve professionals. I would not recommend Easy Equipment to anyone who values reliability or customer service.

Avoid them if you can.

Appalling customer service

I have never experienced such appalling customer service. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and does not care about customers one bit!

A commercial faulty dishwasher was delivered to my children’s day nursery business on 23/10/24. It was faulty on arrival and instead of changing it EasyEquipment sent an engineer out who could not fix it. Are asked for it be replaced with a brand new one and it was only 25/11/24 that a replacement arrived. I have had to fit a second machine now at my own expense which I find beyond belief.

I explained to EasyEquipment the impact this was having on staff moral and my nursery staff had to wash dishes by hand for 5 weeks. 2 staff left the business.

Despite asking multiple times for their complaints procedure they could not produce one. I will be taking legal action and urge customers NOT to use this company. They just do not care about customers.
