Well for starters the lady was the best lady I’ve meet in some time now . She was a wonderful help and a kind soul. And I’m always gonna be on your guys side since no other banks was willing to help me out not even my own bank RBC that I’ve been with pretty much my whole life. I ask for a loan of only $12,000 but staff put down for $20,000 which I did not want nor did I ever ask but then give me $15,100. However was only sent $14,900, $200 short yet loan amount did say $15,100. I was a bit disappointed they would do that especially to a new client.

You can tell when someone is treating you like a walking dollar sign, or if they really care about helping you. I called in the morning not knowing how I was going to pay for a very expensive auto repair, while simultaneously relaunching a not-for-profit that had been in hiatus for 6 months, so dollar bills were not exactly falling from the sky... I walked out in the afternoon knowing that within a couple hours, the funds I needed would be in my account -at a fare rate and terms, all things considered. But moreover, the agent indicated concern to make sure I wasn't being overcharged by the mechanic and had, in just that short period of time, done due diligence on my business to a level that precluded me from having to re-explain the wheel to him. The last 5 years have been a strain on the psyche of humanity; I'm kinda chuffed about how well this went. Well done and thank-you🙏
