Fabien, was very helpful, he tried his best to explain to me how it worked the loan, in English when it isn't his first language.

It was one of the best experiences I've had with any company, the ladies are ,gentle, calm and very understanding about people who need a little help with their finances.

easy financial is a HUGE SCAM. me and my spouse borrowed $10,000 and we owe $21,000. they charged us $11,000 interest on top of the $10,000 that we borrowed and it said it will be paid off in 48 months which is a lie. i have been paying $632 a month into easy financial and only $100 of that $632 goes towards the principal balance and the rest of the $532 goes to them as profit. i regret going here. even worse, they don't give you statements where they tell you how much of your money goes towards the balance like professional credit card companies do. i had to figure it out myself. Easy Financial also told me that they will work with affordable payments for my financial hardship but that's also a lie. paying $632 a month is not an affordable payment when i have other bills to pay. take a lesson learned from me and STAY AWAY FROM EASY FINANCIAL because you WILL regret it. highly NOT recommended

The ease of transacting was excellent! The Reps were great and very polite. The transaction was done completely via text and that was convenient and expeditious. The thought of using text codes to ensure safety and security was genius and lastly, everthing was done within a day, that was amazing!

No star for these highway robberies , they don’t know how to use a computer, they take more money out of my bank account , then they can’t return it cause they have to wait to see if it clears excuse me!!, you took 2 payments cause some staff member can’t type or fix’s their mistakes , I told them that they were going to compensate me for all this mess they caused me, and they were like no we’re not we’re not gonna do anything well then neither am I…. As of today I’m no longer dealing with these people they don’t know how to run a business , and clearly can’t do there JOB either! Word of advice don’t be desperate for a loan! And certainly don’t go through these people you will regret it

It was very good experience with easy financial great people very helpful like Ashley she's very nice person my bank only allowing me $5,000 then my sister recommend go to easy financial as her kids go there many times and they got me approved for $8,300 I believed that as long you being honest and complete all your papers and requirement in person to them then they will communicate with u by email and signed by email and money in the bank right after guarantee I will recommend easy financial there are reliable and professional ,helpful and friendly like Ashley.. The absolute worst company you can go with for a loan. I took out a 4.3k loan. I asked them how much interest I was gonna be paying. They never gave me a disclosed answer and kept saying it was their best offer until at the very end where I’d sign the last document small at the bottom where it said 20%! Then after wanting to pay it off in full over 8 months later I only ended up paying 300$ of my 4.3k loan with how the interest was and how they kept pushing for the payment plan to be long. They completely screwed me over. I was paying interests basically the whole time. Then when I did pay in full the rest that was due they couldn’t disclose how much money to the exact dollar amount that needed to be sent. “Because they receive the etransfer in 3 days” that’s not true at all. So they kept saying each day is 3$ extra. So I kept asking them to tell me the exact amount that was neeed to be sent. And still nothing clear. Then after I payed in full. They kept charging me 10$ biweekly for not closing my account or something like that. Until I call them months later after I notice what was going on. I will never work with this company again and it was the biggest wake up call I could’ve had. They take complete advantage of you when you want help. It was cruel. Worst experience with any company I’ve ever had.
