We had a slight problem with our gazebo, we contacted the company and they sent a replacement no questions asked.
Would recommend this company.

Speedy delivery.
Very easy to put up.
Good quality.
Rainy and breezy weather and it provided good shelter from the elements.
Carry bag a decent size so you can fit everything back in without a struggle.

OK as long as you never need replacement parts. I need a couple of roof struts. Phoned on a Saturday. Told they dont supply spares and to contact their supplier (didn't know phone number - "we're just sales"). It was suggested I contact Customer Services the following Monday. Much the same result although they did manage to provide the website for their spares company (nothing to do with Easygazebos)...........Part not available on website and no-one available to speak to (but you could email us). Need to use gazebo coming weekend so gave up and bought a new gazebo elsewhwere.

We have ordered 4 yes 4 Gazebo’s so far, they are so very easy to open, and very well priced, we use them for all kinds of functions, latest being we quickly put one up for our two girls ( grandchildren) one 1.6 months the other 7 years they had great fun.
They can be used for anything, our son pinched one for his work a builder, so they don’t stop work. Well worth getting one & so easy to use.

The cover is perfect for us but was very difficult to get on. This was a replacement which seemed slightly smaller although I am sure it wasnt

Good gazebo well made and easy to put up

Quick delivery and good quality for the price. We have not yet fully erected the gazebo yet.

The gazebo was really easy to put up first time and delivered exactly as promised.

Overall the product is good and the service also.
However, one small point of dissatisfaction: The clip at the bottom of one of the corner curtains was missing, so it could not be anchored to the foot of the Gazeba

Very happy with my gazebo. It was easy to put up and take down plus it looked great.

Not used it yet just had a practice run found it very difficult to put up for two pensioners but the quality is very good

Only one small issue.. If you just need one or two sides opposite each other, then the is no way to fasten them to the frame legs, and they flap freely in breezes or winds?

We are very happy with the Gazeebo, it is easy to erect and dismantle and made of good quality material. The holder bag is a good size too so there is no strain on the zip as plenty of room.

I bought a Heavy Duty H7 Carnival Gazebo in May 2017.

When I got it out after winter storage in Spring 2018 I noticed a couple of small tears which I put down to my poor storage. When I tried to put in away in September I find the canopy has the strength of tissue paper.

I tried to buy a replacement canopy but they do not sell spares.

I put in a 2 star review on their web site but they only publish 5 star reviews genuine or otherwise so I turned to TrustPilot.

Do not sell as a HEAVY DUTY H7 Carnival Gazebo when the description should be 'Light Duty For Occasional Use Only.

Their product description should warn customers that the canopy is not UV Stable.

The last straw is if you sell canopies that falls apart in under 12 months you should sell spare canopies.

Its a nice looking gazebo and great when new which is why I gave it 2 stars on their web site but since they have decided to filter out my review then I am writing my first 1 star review on Trustpilot.

I bought this gazebo from easy gazebos last year but never got chance to use it as work to landscape our garden was not completed sufficiently.

I never opened the box, which has been standing in a spare room until this Sunday (24th June) when we finally got to erect it for the first time.

I found a catalogue of issues with this including a number of small holes and being able to see daylight through the canopy seams, nuts and bolts floating about in the box where the support arm had not been connected, Pins left in the tie down straps which were painfully found when unrolling the straps.

I realise I have had this over a year now but given that the box was not opened until Sunday 24th June I thought I would contact Easy Gazebos to see if I could get a replacement cover.
To cut a long storey short I emailed them on three separate occasions over a few days with no response.
I did eventually get a response from someone at west quay.com which according to their website is a “vastly experienced and well-respected provider of response handling, customer contact and order fulfilment services”.
So, the delayed response didn’t even come from Easy Gazebos but basically, they told me it was out of the guarantee period and I should refer to the terms and conditions.

O.K. fair enough, but they weren’t a bit concerned that they had shipped me a defective item in the first place and didn’t even mention it.

I also decided to leave a review on easy gazebo website, after all they had invited me to do so, but wait all the reviews on there seem to be 5 stars!! Well how about that!

My review wasn’t a 5-star review as I deducted 1 star for each of the issues, (I couldn’t leave a zero so just down to 1 star), needless to say you will not see that review on their website as it has not been posted and they clearly filter out anything but positive reviews.

I decided to post this review on Trustpilot because I was a bit miffed by their general attitude (or the attitude of the person at West Quay who treat Easy Gazebo’s customers just like their own!), and the fact that they filter the reviews on their site to only show the positives, which clearly is misleading to others looking to purchase from them.

If you are purchasing from them maybe think twice and if you do I hope you have a better experience.

I have purchased a number of gazebos over the last few years and have found them to be be an excellent choice, good service and very responsive after sales, highly recommended
