Slight postal hiccup but quickly and efficiently resolved

We had a couple problems with our order as it was damaged but easy gazebos were very fast in arranging the delivery of another unit out to us.

Very useful option for me as a kitchen fitter. Pretty quick to install/uninstall.

Advised that delivery would be on 31st December. Nothing arrived. Contacted and was told definitely would be delivered on 3rd January. That has come and gone,still no gazebo. Two days wasted as delivery time not given,numerous phone calls and assurances,but NO gazebo.
Very disappointing,given cost.

Ordered large Gazebo on the 17th its now the 27th, contacted today was led to believe i was at the wrong site, on second contact was told there is no record of sale despite Pay Pall payment and invoice via email from them ,customer service have no control as it has to be relayed back to boss meanwhile i have to wait for contact via Pay-pall open case how this is meant to work i dont know as they have no record of my original payment, this was for a 50th extra space so none to happy

Never received the Gazebo, chased customers services to be told that they werent able to track the order, two weeks later i have now asked for a refund as i had to purchase a new gazebo with Argos! wouldn't mind but paid for next day delivery so two weeks later to not receive my goods is petty poor.

We used this today for the first time, omg! It’s incredible sturdy, easy to put up and looks very stylish. Throughly recommend

Ordered fine but the delivery was absolutely diabolical. I had an email to tell me the delivery date but when it didn't arrive I chased it. I was assured it would arrive the next day. After numerous emails and apologies the gazebo arrived 8 days late. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Paid extra for next day delivery and never got delivered next day so a poor service

Quick delivery.
Good quality product.
Easy to assemble.

Easy to put up and very Sturdy. My only issue is that if you dont have it on the highest setting then the sides drag on the floor with no way of rolling them up 😥. Otherwise great Gazebo.

Quality product, had bought one before years ago and lasted well. Not happy that they don't sell sides for the one I bought though. Have had to make my own using tarpaulin which kind of makes it look pants.
