I placed an order from B&Q of a Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers, I didn’t realise it was two separate sellers I had bought from, I received my chest of drawers from the other verified seller however EASYGIFT TRADING LTD have been nothing but trouble and messed me about, twice have I been told my order was out for delivery, then there was a delay, then there was an issue and was returned to the store by the courier on both occasions - Yodel being the courier. I received exactly the same email on both occasions when I contacted them to explain about my order, they offered me express delivery, the first time I thought it may have been a one off but the second time not a coincidence so trying to contact them to say I would like to cancel the order and get a refund, I was getting no response, I had to go through B&Q customer services for them to flag up an incident report. I am hoping to receive my refund but for anyone purchasing I would highly avoid them at all costs they aren’t reliable and there communication and services are dreadful, it’s like a scam… too good to be true, after reading reviews I am glad to be cancelling my order as I have a feeling my item probably would most likely be damaged or faulty in one way or another!!!

Avoid this company at all costs, wish i had looked them up before i bought damaged items through amazon. They use panorama stores and URBNLIVING and easygift. I had no help from them after receiving damaged items and they send the same response to your messages. They expect you to pay for the return of damaged items and even tell you that they won't refund you either. Im still dealing with the issue through amazon who have been trying to help me. Dpd refused to take the return due to the address not coming up on their system and I've also been told that the return address is up for lease. I hope i get my money back soon but i know it won't be through this horrible company. Never again will i order from them.

Ordered a wardrobe through Amazon, big mistake, as Amazon refuse to help you. I received the wardrobe and there were ZERO instructions in it, which makes you wonder how to set it up or even if everything was there. Boxes were a little damaged as well but they didnt seem to care when reporting.
Contacted Amazon who washed their hands of it, and they say contact Easygift Ltd, they just demand you send back at your own expense and they might refund, absolute joke of a company, ZERO customer service.
I have sent back and will await if they do anything. I would not buy from Urban Living again!

Fraudsters
Utterly disgraceful bunch of thieves. They sell through Amazon and B&Q but are complete crooks. Damaged items are sent out, and they stay in contact. Once they pick it up and offer a refund, they can no longer be contacted. Disgusting.
I have told B&Q about them and, despite saying they check supplier performance regularly, they clearly haven't seen the reviews for months!
All parties should be ashamed!
Don't waste your money
I purchased a door handle through the homega website. When it arrived wrong colour from what was advertised online. I have contacted this lot countless times and not a single response.
Fair to say I will be getting no where with this. Thankful it was not expensive. But feel potential new customers need to be warned do not buy anything from homega. They take your money and run.

Bad Experience
I bought numerous door handles for all doors in my house, I thought I was dealing with B and Q but now know that the items were being supplied by a 3 rd party Easy Trading Ltd, who are associated with Easy Gift Products.
I received the wrong items and raised the issue through a Contact Us button on their item despatched email.
This generated a messaging facility to explain my issue.
I received one acknowledgement which was clearly an automated type response since it thanked me for sending images and offer a ?% refund (whatever that meant), I did not send images.
This raised alarm bells and only now can I see how unreliable a company they are, I have raised this with B and Q who will intervene on my behalf since I am getting nowhere by phone or messages.
I have strongly advised B and Q to examine the service delivered by this company as they are trading as a 3rd party with BnQ and there is reputations to consider.

Purchased URBNLIVING tall bookselving unit via B&Q on the 08.01.25. received wrong item. B&Q is now asking for me to deal with am incompetant company easygiftproducts.co.uk, to pick up the goods and replace. Waisted time sending them barcodes and photos of the product. Finally managed to have the product returned after they send Evri to pick up on the 23.01.25. No response as to what they are doing for providing the product I ordered and paid for.

Like everyone else I wish I had read the reviews. I purchased 3 c tables that looked lovely and I was very happy with. Approx 3 weeks in the table top came away from the leg and the screws will not bite into the wood, also the wood is filled with dust. I have tried to reach out to the company but no one will answer the phone and all I can do to get a refund is send the table back. It will be going back in a plastic bag with bubble wrap as I got rid of the original box thinking everything was ok with it.
