On hold for a while to be told that I am
not eligible for assistance with my baggage. I have degenerative spine disease and I’m unable to lift my luggage off the luggage carousel and I’m not able to use or push a luggage trolley.
The website offers assistance but the call handler said this only applies if you have mobility issues.

Absolutely appalling customer service from easyJet’s web chat support.
I spent considerable time explaining my situation to Tasneem and providing clear evidence that I had selected the correct refund option. Rather than reviewing the information I supplied, they repeatedly insisted that I had chosen the wrong option and appeared to completely ignore the evidence in front of them.
The entire interaction felt like a box-ticking exercise rather than an attempt to help a customer. No effort was made to properly investigate the issue, acknowledge the documentation I provided, or offer any meaningful assistance. Instead, I was met with repetitive responses that failed to address the facts I had clearly presented.
I contacted customer support expecting assistance and a fair assessment of my case. Instead, I was left feeling ignored, frustrated, and no closer to a resolution. This experience has seriously damaged my confidence in easyJet’s customer service, and I sincerely hope the company provides better training and oversight to ensure future customers are treated with more respect and professionalism.
One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had.

While trying to navigate there online check in system I inadvertently booked 3 hold bags instead of 1 and have paid for 3. I tried to contact easyJet which in itself is a trial, the person I eventually spoke to said easyJet don't give refunds so in future F..K easyJet

I needed to appeal my Claim decision, where expenses according to EU regulations were not covered. I called this number as the online Chat told me to do so. The call took me 45 minutes + waiting time and will Costa a Fortune of Money. In that time I explained the relevant expenses in Detail. In between I needed to wait more Times until the contract Person got a reply. After 45 minutes the contract Person explained to me that I need to Claim this again and she cannot do anything for me as she ist Not from the Claims Team (that would have been clear after 2 min!!). Then I told her that she needs to Forward that Case to Take Claims Team and asked for her Name. Then she Hang Up the call. Obvs. Nothing solved after 45 minutes!

Someone dealing with me for a 5 hour day - told me to have a great day!!! Not really the best thing to say in this situation. Been delayed for 4 hours and 58 mins so far and told that that flight is due to take off in 5 more hours, but they disconnected with me and told me to recontact in 2 more minutes! Nothing is going to change in that time!
