Terrible service.
I asked whether it would be possible to seat us in a row with an extra seat for our baby, who was recently hospitalized in Spain. Our baby is only eight months old, yet EasyJet expects us to pay the full ticket price for an additional seat, even though there are still empty seats available on the flight.
There is absolutely no willingness to show any flexibility or consideration for our situation. Very disappointing customer service.

The person I spoke with was so helpful and kind. They sorted out my issue very quickly. I thought I would have to wait on the phone for a long time but I didn’t at all, someone was available within a few minutes

Great person to help on the chat, a 5 star for him. I however had to pay 73 Euro to change the first name in the booking for a flight end of August because, for some reason, I had made a mistake. Quite unpleasant !

I made a mistake with our new corporate travel agent tool, I hadn't noticed the legal name first for me was using my known as.
Therefore the flight was with the known as, which no double would have caused issues.
Once I found the easyJet online chat, Malath sorted the issue within about 5 minutes.

I found the customer services most helpful n reasured me that I had checked in correctly and also gave me the No for special assistance. I rung the S/ A No and was connected to Zee who added my S/A in No time at all and also helped me find my boarding passes on the app as I had downloaded them but wasn't quite sure where to locate them again! The two call handlers were very polite n very quick in helping me. Very good service from both depts.

Great experience booking assisted travel , lady on the phone was really helpful and was alot of easier and more straightforward than was expecting.

Ridiculously stupid system. They can take ages to reply but if you were not there for a minute they just shut the conversation and you need to start again.
Not to mention that the website itself was written in the 90's probably.

Absolutely amazing custome service the guy I spoke with Mcdonald thinknhe said name was couldn't do enough for me fingers crossed everything is in place and the flights and help onto plan!!!

The assistant was great and clear BUT 1 the call was unnecessary because the website is unclear. 2 The system not allowing either a new passenger to be added to an existing booking or for 2 or more bookings to be linked is very poor
