Used this company to set up my first ever personal lease back in late September/early October and they were great from the get-go. Super helpful and quick to respond, made the process really straightforward and simple. Had a total nightmare two weeks later wherein I was involved in an RTA that resulted in a write-off of the brand new vehicle - I was terrified to let them know! - but they have been so compassionate and helpful throughout the whole process and were happy to get me in a new car ASAP and back on the roads. I can't recommend them highly enough after all the help they have given me, especially considering the crazy circumstances I've found myself in. Dave and Michelle have been fantastic and I can't thank them enough.

Spoke with a guy whose initial started with D , I was obviously curious about the deal, provided no new information, I had to force him to speak up, was driving (?? in work hours ),was utterly dis- interested in dealing … I guess Easylease aren’t interested in getting new customers… what a shame…

I have used Easy lease for many years now and it’s always been an easy experience, the website is very easy to navigate. I always consult with a Jack Dixon who always goes above and beyond each time I’m wanting a new car and gives me all the help and advice I need. He’s always on the end of the phone or email and always responds to any queries very quickly and resolves them.
I would highly recommend using Leaseplan and ask for Jack to make it a smooth process, I also think he deserves recognition for his amazing customer service (maybe give him a holiday haha)

Great customer service after being messed around by Allen Kia in Sheldon I was recommended easylease and am so happy with everything. Stuart whom I dealt with was friendly professional and helpful great advice too he managed to get me a car within 2 weeks. Will recommend to everyone!

Excellent,hassle free service. I have just received my second lease car and it was so easy- my new car arrived (with a phone call an hour in advance) before 9am, driver asked me to thoroughly check it over and he antibac’d the inside before he got out. Within an hour then,my previous lease car was checked and collected by another friendly, polite driver, wearing face mask and keeping distance- much appreciated. So straight forward and much easier than previous leasing experience with a local Cardiff dealer. Highly recommend- diolch!
