Excellent service - I have been a customer for 7 years and really appreciate the leasing experience they provide. Agreeing the lease is easy and the staff are really helpful. The delivery of vehicle and changeover process to a new car is also really simple and straightforward. Highly recommended.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I cannot recommend Easylease enough. Jack Dixon was and has been traffic in his help and guidance as well as pointing out some of the great deals available. For anyone who is considering leasing then Easylease is the ONLY place to go.

This organisation sources it’s cars through Lease Plan who in turn are organisation that clearly uses the vehicle collection service as an income generating opportunity. I hold both accountable for a terrible customer experience.

The staff on collection photographed any and all minor marks, at one point this included a fly that hadn’t cleaned properly.

I challenged the majority of the photographs at the time as the marks qualified as minor wear and tear based on their own definition. He claimed he had to photograph everything and the assessment would be done at the depot and he agreed it was in good condition. I believe this was a way of getting away without having to have a debate.

Guess what? Regardless of how minor the damage they have now billed me nearly £800 for the damage and are not listening to my complaint. You get a stock answer that’s and no attempt to resolve the complaint.

I can honestly say I have never felt as ripped off by an organisation. I moved from someone who loved the service, but the end of term process is a complete shambles and feel this is trending on fraudulent.

My next steps are to involve the FCA and the car leasing regulator.

Until they improve this process and start operating more honestly - unless you want to pay a massive bill to hand the car back (even in immaculate condition) I would recommend going elsewhere.
