The following has already happened…
The following has already happened twice: I buy a domain, the money gets deducted from my account but then I get the notice that the domain is unavailable. You don‘t even get your money back! It is stuck in their account and you have to contact support. They are banking on the fact you forget. This is unacceptable and a borderline scam. I will not try a third time

the reason for this is that you tried to register a so called premium domain which has special pricings. We do not offer these premium domains. Unfortunately there is currently no method available to check for premium domains prior to registration. Because of this we refund your order.
We do not hesitate to give you your balance back to your account. We also do not bank that you forget about it. It is simple due to technical limitations that the process runs as described.

I have purchased a domain (money was taken from my PayPal account). The domain was briefly available in my account, and now it is gone (for last 6 days).
I contacted the support twice - but no answer.
If you are expecting any support from EasyName, forget about it, it's a gamble.
I can't register the domain elsewhere as it is written that it is taken.
