Still have not received nothing I have paid the money they asked me me had no confirmation email and cannot login with the details they have gave me do not know if I'm being scammed as they have took money from my account but not gave me no confirmation I will wait one more day and then report this to my bank as fraud

very simple and convenient way to get all necessary forms to change my name. I will be using this service again when I get married!

Some stuff they sent was really handy and some things were completely useless. Your mileage may vary but overall they were okay.

it is not user friendly. I am still trying to get things to open and still no forms to fill out for the name change .

For the price I paid (75$) I was expecting more than just a generic email to be sent to customer service. Most of them just replied back asking to call . Honestly, a waste of money. Now I am doing more than what I could’ve done without paying the 75$. Some transparency could’ve been be nice.

Very helpful overall! The checklist was a godsend. The vast majority of information was correct. Some spelling errors and PDFs needed manual correction so double check!

Great Experience. Genevieve was fantastic. Called me and explained I was probably paying for a premium service when I didn't need to and refunded the difference. Explain everything and made is simlple.

I made a mistake and didn't understand what I had signed up for. It turned out that I didn't need the service, which I'm sure is very good. I told them my mistake and they graciously returned my payment without a fuss. This tells me they are reputable and very understanding. 5 stars for the excellent service and understanding.

I have mixed feelings. Having the forms in one place was handy, but it would be extremely useful to be able to reach a live human on the phone, for certain questions. A generic list of Q&A questions and having to go out of my way trying to explain stuff in writing, is just as tedious as sourcing and researching the forms on my own.
My particular situation was not on the list, and a quick chat with a human to guide me would have made it a more worthwhile purchase.
While it is convenient to get so many forms in one place, having accessible customer service, is what would have made it a complete value.
If I were to do it again, I would save my money and track down all the forms, as I needed to call many of the places for my particular situation anyhow.

I got on to the site in error. I started on a government sight and ended up on this site. It had great information. Unfortunately not the info I wanted. I contacted them and got a reply straight away which was extremely impressive. They even sent me the link that I needed.
