I have had zero issues with easynews. The couple of times I needed to change my subscription, the only 'issue' if you want to call it that, was easy and quick. I probably use only 10% of it's capabilities (powerful search utility), yet I have been and remain a satisfied customer.

I have been an Easynews customer for over 15 years and have never had a single complaint... Trust and quality have always been a constant.

Download speeds are WAY too slow. Even after running the Route Selector Tool and selecting the best route, download speeds from Easynews are roughly 10% of the speeds measured by my internet service provider. I've been a customer for many years and have read all the bull you tell us about things that can affect download speeds. Amazing that Easynews is the only application I use that is impacted by all that long list of excuses you give as to why your speeds may be so slow. Really means you are either unwilling or unable to correct the problem. If download speeds were better, I'd give you five stars.

Been a member with Easynews for longer than I can remember and have always been satisfied. Long retention times and fast download speeds means it's easy to access the content I'm looking for. The VPN add-on is also super useful for helping to maintain my online privacy and security.

I’ve been with Rasynews for years, I’ve never had any issues accessing the content. I always find what I’m looking for. Also reasonably priced and hope it stays this way 🤞

Amazingly fast system, good search and stored search capabilities.

Has become more difficult to identify files than previous, lots of old repeat files occurring looking like it is to cover a lack of new uploads

I have been an Easynews subscriber for many years. They have always been a reliable Usenet provider.

I am having difficulty with signing on to google. I cannot understand the information given, and the information that they have is several years out of date, referring to accounts last used many years ago. Their use of language is so poor as to be incomprehensible, and so I have been blocked from using gooogle because I have been making too many attempts to sort things out.

What next ?

Reliable Service - You do have a reliable service. While I like the search feature, I do not think it is worth paying extra. Also, I think the gigs left is not right when using the search feature. I stay because the service is good, it just becomes more expensive. I sometimes think about trying local search apps, but no time. Yes, you save me time.

I was given 3 months trial and gave me a good price. Good response in reply to my complaint to be fair, looking forward to trying the service.

First, most of the videos were in German. Second, they had too many "failure to download". Third, they do not have "one click" downloads for easy use of thier site. It is a poor site.
