Are you kidding
Are you kidding? I've been a member for like 15 years or more. Kept paying every month and upgraded a while ago. Of course I'm satisfied. I download a lot of video content and am grateful that often a favoured TV show or movie is uploaded same day or next day after release.

the great diversity in the movies available, although it can never be enough.
The Bad:
Some of the downloads stutter and or pixelate. I delete the download and try again. If it fails again, I give up. Am I charged for the the unacceptable downloads?
It might be good business to permit your users to have the privilege to have a live person available rather than the usual "Contact us by email.

Easynews provides reliable access and fast downloads for a reasonable price. I have used them for more than a decade with very few. Somethings appear with no explanations or access such as hidden thumbnails. But overall few problems.
