Great Customer service, ensured that i could i receive the promotion even though there were technical difficulties from my old account. they also provide a outstanding Usenet service. worth looking into if you have a need for Usenet services.

Brilliant dual-interface concept. NNTP interface for traditional Usenet clients, web interface with a few additional features for use with web browsers and browser-like clients. What makes it more brilliant is both interfaces are simple, fast, responsive. Web interface also works great on phones. It's the best Usenet service I've ever seen. I signed up with Easynews in 2002 or 2003 or something (can't remember the exact year, and Easynews doesn't send me any annoying reminders to make sure I know).

When I want to find a movie or a song, I usually can find it.

I've been happily using easynews since the 2000's, its a great way to get usenet binaries pre-assembled with fantastic connectivity/speed.

The 3rd party VPN service they bundle is OK with decent bandwidth exit nodes and easy Wireguard/OpenVpn setup or an app if you like doing it that way. I use it regularly (mostly to watch video when on the road) but its hard to tell if its trustworthy/nolog and what the parentage of the company is (who are the actual exit nodes they are reselling), which is worrisome. The IP's tend to not get blocked too often, but google shunts them into a forced captcha to do basic/anonymous searches most of the time so they are being marked somewhere.

Long time customer. Does what it does really well. Will happily keep using.

Easynews is fantastic! You are able to download pictures, audio files, video, and more. For a monthly fee, you have access to thousands of items which can be easily downloaded with the click of a mouse. Search for what you want and, it is listed. Sorting the list is easy. I've been using this app for several years and I can thoroughly recommend it.

It does what I want. The interface is laid out very well and whatever I'm searching for, generally. Is available.

This company provides a great usenet service, with beautifully fast download speeds that should max out almost any Internet connection out there. Files should download nice and quick, just the way it should be.

I have tried many Usenet servers & I've finally ended up with Easynews provider.
Upon purchase, you'll receive just one NNTP server & it was blazing fast. So, no more multiple servers are needed after that.
I'm getting full speed with 99% article availability. You can try this, and I'm sure you won't regret using Easynews. It is the happiest investment I've ever made this year.
PS: I've never contacted customer support. Because I didn't get any issues so far, but I'm pretty sure their support is very responsive.
