I arrived in London from Sweden on 02/11/2020 and contacted this company to help me apply for a National Insurance Number. Unfortunately, they turned out to be one of the biggest scam operations in the UK – and possibly beyond.

They promised to handle my application, but instead, it was all a fraudulent scheme. I paid them £80 by bank transfer, and after taking my money, they did nothing.

I called several times to ask about my application’s progress, but they kept lying. Most of the calls were answered by people with heavy accents (from Bangladesh, Africa, etc.), and their behaviour was suspicious and unprofessional.

They wasted my time, stole my money, and gave false information, pretending to be connected to HMRC. In reality, they are a group of online thieves.

I am warning everyone in London, the UK, and around the world: stay away from easynino.co.uk.

Ordered a plastic national insurance card still waiting, company going under a new name now NINODIRECT, wish I did some research. Tried to contact by email did not reply and telephone number +44 (0) 333 014 7240 which is unattainable. Company taken my money and not provided the service. Scam definitely avoid. Put a dispute in with my bank over payment.

Con-artists, filled in all details, paid the money, never received my NI number, no answer, received a mail saying "We have tried to contact you in relation to your National Insurance Number application, however, have been unsuccessful. Please can you call us on 0333 014 7210/7240 where we will be happy to assist you with your query."
There is no record of them calling me and when i try to call them they don't answer, stay away from them and go direct to gov.co.uk

All details given, paid the fee, 9 weeks later and still nothing, they said they have tried to contact me but no emails or missed calls about my request for an update, called multiple times and no-one answers, avoid them.

Nash was polite, super apologetic and helpful regarding the excessive timeframe (more than 8 weeks now) I have waited for my N I Number card. Nash showed empathy and understood my frustration.
She is arranging that it will be sent to a UK address to ensure I get it soon.
UNFORTUNATELY it is still to arrive. I feel let down by the system

My experience has been a good one. The staff are very professional and humane. I will recommend 100%.

This is a scam agency that is supposed to help you get your UK national insurance number. They charge you for their service but contact the UK government on your behalf to obtain your national insurance number for you. THE UK GOVERMENT WILL NOT RELEASE YOUR NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER TO A THIRD PARTY because of fraud. You can contact the UK government via their official website gov.uk national-insurance and apply for free. I am now getting scam phone calls telling me that my national insurance number is being used fraudulently & press 1 for more details. Please be careful of these people.

It's a complete fraud!!!
They steal your money and then after some months, they sent you an email saying that you would receive a pack. Which is a lay.

After writing an email I was contacted by phone the next day.
All my questions were answered initially and then I was given a explanation of what was needed to change my name. We proceeded , with a lot of patience from the person who was helping me, whilst I had to look for information.
I feel that for both of us an email stating information needed may have been helpful and quicker for this purpose! However we got through it, having being able to find this information relatively quickly.
