Criminal enterprise. Basic scammers. Surprised that the UK allows such scams ... I guess we need to get together and sue them ?

Ordered a new NI card three days ago. Then I checked the reviews, I thought I’d never receive my card! Yes I did pay £20 but I received my card today. Of course it does state on the card that it is not affiliated in anyway with HMRC but I did receive it unlike everyone else on here which I find strange! So over all I can’t really complain

How the Uk govt allow a fake companies like this to operate still baffles me. FAKE FAKE FAKE

Do not use their service.

They would take your money, refuse to provide service and when you ask for a refund, they will tell you that they can't refund a service that has been provided.
NB: You can be waiting the WHOLE DAY for them to pick your call.
Why they are still allowed to operate baffles me.

I can't overemphasize the importance of checking reviews before proceeding to use an online service.

Update:
I reported them to a certain body and they also replied my email in which I told them that they can’t claim to have provided a service that the consumer hasn’t even received, they apologized for inconvenience and asked that if I don’t receive my pack I should call a certain number. After days of waiting the pack arrived (They had told me that I would receive it twice but I didn’t, luckily I did the 3rd time). I’ve complied the required documents and sent to the actual body that handles NIN application.

I would however advice that if you need peace of mind, good and prompt service delivery do not use their service.

The worst service ever, I never seen such a bad service like this.
Never ever use it.

SCAM / DON´T USE THEM/ FRAUD!!!!
PAID £45 SEVEN MONTHS AGO STILL WAITING several phone calls made to wait over 30 minutes to be just told to wait another 10 days and YET 7 months down the line nothing....terrible customer services when they just put the phone down if you ask to speak to a manager or persons in charge.

DO NOT use this service, it is a SCAM!

Fake company. Don’t bother with them

The worst company, they are liars and thieves, they took 35 pounds off me, I applied for my mum and they never done anything for her, I have called them so many times and chased them up for that. They have said they will call me back in several occasions and never have, and they continue to lie. There is no service, stay away from them, they will never sort anything out for you!

Please call your bank and start CHARGEBACK procedure to get your refund from them. And report them to police and citizen advise biro to stop scammers

Absolutely unbelievable believable. Applied and no respond from them all the do is keep you on hold playing music in your ears with no answer. Dont really know how they get away with this.

This is the worst company ever.I paid 35pounds for NIN over a month ago.no response,no one ever picks up the phone or reply my email.why is the UK government allowing this company operate yet it is stealing from its nationals.whyyyyyy!!

Applied for over more than a month for a number but after not hearing anything I co tacked the company where I got to speak to someone in terrible English who could only tell me they don’t know when the interview would be booked. Found these reviews after, makes sense now!

Dont worry guys that is a godaddy domain and it will be closed and reported very very fast ...cant tell more details about it but i promess you guys they will not scam anyone else again Hahahah Yeah i lose money wiht them but investigation is on course and they know who is doing this already ... you guys will thank me later cheers

Paid £25 for a new NIN roughly around 6 months ago. It never arrived and didn’t reply to my emails about a refund. Complete scam!
