Cost of each item is justified. But some product is list but not available. Anyone can harrased by placing order. The seller should relist the items according to stock

Honestly i give them 3/5 i bought gpu from them and received my products within 7 days through bluedart and their customer services are very friendly but its not enough as the items takes priority and i am not fully satisfied with the packing since the inside box of gpu has *torn paper, unseal tape and scratches on the card fan*, before they shipped i informed them to pack strongly but even so they didn't and they should check their products before shipment is done and replacement is not available since their board partner asus would allow them now so i had not choice to accept it.

It took like 2 weeks to be delivered.but the product was genuine i think they work on the delivery methods..

First of all, the company is Genuine, for all the interested purchasers.
My product was correctly delivered & very properly packed.
However, there's need for active Calling system rather than Chat system, then there would be better communication and lesser problems.

Received order(Asus rx6600 Graphic Card) on the next day only and it was the cheapest and closest to MSRP available here

Bought asus rx 6600 for 30k+ shipping. Best price out there.Packing was good box sealed and all good including bill.They answered all questions i had even during night.
Only issue i noticed and many pointed out are the charges for debit/credit card transactions which have high charges.
If the payment gateway is changed to somethng like paytm it would be really helpful for many buyers

Bought a graphic card(6650xt) from them was very hesitant at first then i talked to them on whatsapp and they were very supportive, patient and reassuring so i decided to take the risk and it was very well worth it. Excellent packaging and delivery was on time also easy to communicate if there's any concern unlike other big companies which is personally a big plus for me and yes will for sure recommend easyshoppi
