Worst experience ever after Tracey…

Worst experience ever after Tracey customer service rep hunged up on me. After purchasing 2 pairs of shoes black mesh size 5 and a size 8 realized that the size 8 I have purchased for my neighbor Lily 89yoa
were a bit big and she has problems walking she needed a 7.5 and the 5 were defective. After speaking with a supervisor I said I would like the prepaid label be sent to my home because I don't have a printer. It took forever to received. Finally,Yay I received put in a box the 2 pairs of shoes size 5 (defective one) and size 8 to switch for a 7.5. I took it to the Miami Shores Postal office postman couldn't give me a receipt so I took a picture of him scanning the box.
The following day I get an email of a refund for the size8 only. What happened to the size 5 they took my money. This is shaddy and I will get in touch with customer protection. They are rude, extremely terrible customer service. I will never order from this company again. Spread the Word. They should NOT be in Business.

Ordered a pair of Easy Spirit clogs

Ordered a pair of Easy Spirit clogs. I ordered a size 8 and needed an 8 1/2. I did not see anywhere on my email that I could return them for a different size. Finally called them today and was told that I couldn't have a refund after 21 days. I told them I didn't want a refund, that I just wanted a half-size bigger. I was told that the same applied to returns. So, I'm stuck with a pair of shoes that are too small--Easy Spirit's website said that sizes run true to size. No they don't, they run small. Anyway, I will NEVER buy another pair of shoes from Easy Spirit. It's my own fault that I didn't follow up sooner than I did, but I still would never buy another pair of Easy Spirit shoes.

I was cheated.

I was cheated!!! I ordered six pairs of shoes and they only sent five. After multiple phone calls texts letters and emails they still refuse to refund me for the pair shoes they did not send. Their paperwork shows they sent six even though the box only contained five. In addition the shoe sizes are not consistent like they were in the store. NEVER again will I buy from them. Too bad they used to have good shoes.

Customer Service Agent Misrepresented Return Status

I ordered two pairs of shoes and after putting one on, I realized that the quality was not what I expected. I didn't even put on the 2nd shoe or the other pair. I returned the shoes per instructions. Three weeks later I have not received a refund. When I contacted customer service, they told me that the tracking information showed the shipment in transit. However, the tracking information indicated that a USPS agent handed the package to the merchant more than a week earlier. I still do not have a refund. Beware--do not order online. In fact, don't order Easy Spirit shoes.

I have been a customer of ES for many…

I have been a customer of ES for many years. I purchase 2 Pair of sneaker type shoes. One I wore during the winter and one in the box. In the warm weather The shoes turned my socks and feet black!!! Incredibly bad customer service! The worst never came back to the phone

I tried to purchase a pair of shoes…

I tried to purchase a pair of shoes from this company recently, my first experience with the online company. I did not realize that I couldn't use the initial discount coupon (worth $3.71 or something) because the shoes were already half-off. Although this would eventually cancel my order, the website allowed me to use the discount and the 50% off together, and accepted my payment. I happily waited for my shoes, and waited, and waited. I found the amount of the shoe purchase refunded to my bank account a few days later. I called the company and talked to a very nice lady who determined what had happened, and I asked to buy the shoes anyway, and she gave me the 50% off even though the sale had ended the day before. It seems that the company could have easily sent me an email informing me of the order status, but they did not. Again, I happily waited, and waited. This morning I decided to log into Easy Spirit and see when the shoes would be delivered, and again I see, order canceled! Once again, no informative email, although they have managed to send me a lot of ad spam. I called the company and asked what happened this time, and the guy said quickly that the shoes were out of stock (They had been in stock when I placed the order with the nice lady). I think what actually happened is, the company would not honor the purchase because it was past the sale date but the customer service guy did not want to tell me that. I am glad I read the other 1-star reviews to learn that the shoes are actually shoddy now, and I think these mix-ups saved me from a bigger PITA experience. I have seen enough and I will not do business with this questionable company.

I have owned 4 pairs of these shoes

I have owned 4 pairs of these shoes. Only one pairs that haven't fit right. But its my feet not there shoes fault. I love the shoes. They don't hurt my feet. I have really bad feet problems. These are the only shoes I've found that have worked for me. Sorry to people that have had bad reviews.

Love Easy Spirit’s shoes

If I had read all these bad reviews before I’d Purchased Easy Spirit shoes, I would’ve never bought shoes from them. I am so glad that I hadn’t read these poor reviews, as I have never had any trouble with that company, and I have been buying from them for years. Best, most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. Also long lasting, and great styles.

Never again!!

Loved them when they had a store. Now the sizes are inconsistent. I bought two pairs in the same size and they were entirely different. When I called to return them I had to pay a restocking fee. Every other on line store make it very easy to return items. Not Easy Spirit. I will never order from them again!!!

Easy Spirit quality is not the same as…

Easy Spirit quality is not the same as years ago. The type of glue used and the color ink not the best quality. The shoes detach themselves and the color rans into your feet if it rains and your shoes are in water. When I called Easy Spirit, I was told to go back to Ross and speak to the Manager. As you know Ross won't take them back and won't listen to you even if I am the best customer since I live next door. I won't buy any longer that brand since they do not last even for one year.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I asked to have zipper pulls sent to me so I can replace the pulls on two Easy Spirit nylon pocketbooks (one black, one purple). EVERY ZIPPER PULL ON BOTH POCKETBOOKS BROKE (6 on each pocketbook). The pulls didn't even last ONE DAY! All I asked is for replacement pulls to replace the defective ones used on the pocketbooks. They tell me to go to the store where I purchased them. This is the end of my dealings with Easy Spirit. I read other reviews and Easy Spirit has the WORST customer service ever! NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE AN EASY SPIRIT PRODUCT!

EASY SPIRIT IS TRASH

I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Placed an order online via paypal, the money was withdrawn from my account, and I received an order number and shipping date. A few days after my delivery date had past I looked online and noticed that my shoes were on hold and have not even been shipped yet. I received form of communication stating that my order was placed on hold even though the money was withdrawn from my account. Made the terrible mistake of letting the customer service agent try to order the shoes again for me over the phone however this time using my debit card. She stated the shoes would be here before Christmas (as they were a gift for a loved one). A few weeks later I noticed I haven't received my shoes or an email stating their whereabouts. I check online and what do you know THEY ARE ON HOLD ONCE AGAIN!!!!! ONCE AGAIN I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THAT MY ORDER WAS ON HOLD. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHOM WAS COMPLETELY USELESS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT RECTIFY THE SITUATION OR EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON). NOW I HAVE NO GIFT AND WAITING ON A REFUND THAT WILL COME IN A FEW WEEKS. LITERALLY WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLACE TO ORDER SHOES FROM EVER.

This company has the worst return…

This company has the worst return policy! I bought a pair of boots and they didn't fit very well so I initiated a return. I sent them back and it took over two months to get a refund! It does tell you that you need to wait 21 days after you return them, but still, why would it take so long in this day and age? I suggest you shop somewhere else.

STAY AWAY

Bought a pair of Easy Spirit sneakers at Belk’s. Loved them...at first. Wore them maybe 3-4 hours a week!! 3 months later the leather started cracking. Brought them back to Belk’s, they said I would have to return them to Easy Spirit. Called Easy Spirit numerous times! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Will never purchase another pair of these disposable sneakers!!

Do not use this company

Ordered one pair of shoes. Order arrived not the shoes I ordered. They were a cheaper shoe and not my size. When I emailed the company their response was can't you give them as a gift. This was not my ordering error. After lots of emails they offered me a partial refund of 20% which I accepted. But got 20% of the price of the shoes I was sent not the dearer ones I paid for. NEVER ORDERING with them again.

These shoes can be dangerous

These shoes are good in the beginning, but over time, the soles become hard and slick and dangerous. I have fallen and broken bones because of the slick bottoms on my traveltime easy spirit shoes. If you buy them, buy one pair and wear it out. They don't keep.

I need to mark one star

I need to mark one star. In fact my rating is -10.
Order 3 pair of sneakers. I used one of them and it gave an horrible smell. Send all of them back and no refund yet! When you order they do not mention 30 days for refund. Spend $230 and the product is low quality.

No customer service!

Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered 3 pairs of shoes! Just got a curt email from them saying part of the order is cancelled, no word on why. No apology. And of course no REFUND yet! I searched their entire web site for a customer service ohone #. No Luck!!! What kind of company makes it impossible for you to contact them?
Never buying another pair of their shoes again.
