Kaitlyn M who is the Customer…

Kaitlyn M who is the Customer Experience manager does not respond to any issues. This is very unprofessional, rude and is the lowest level of customer support! She will not even respond to the correspondence sent by the agents or supervisors of Easy Spirit, who are trying to help. Kaitlyn M - should be removed from her position!!!

Read the reviews before you order from these crooks I wish I had I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of boots the shoes I love the boots arrived with a faulty zipper they want me to pay to ship back their defective product. Cannot find phone number to discuss save your time and money and order from a reputable company.

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company, because firstly they don’t have a physical store so you can’t try on your shoes. When I order clog with medium width, the width is not the same as the clog that I am using( travel time clog); so they are inconsistent, not standardized, not professional in manufacturing their products. The size and the width are not always the same. Go away from this company, and when you return those, they charge you retocking fee $6.95 each... so ridiculous......

I ordered a pair of your shoes for my 80 year old mother 12-26-18. It is now 1-22-19, still no shoes, but 4 calls to customer service)<<<----an oxymoron.....they don't answer questions, they just LIE. They supposedly only have 1 supervisor named Jasmeca who is horrid. Her pants must have burned off long ago from all the lies she tells. I got called ma'am today by the male call center rep. FYI, my voice is lower than his and I'm a man. No apology from him either. They don't deserve 1 star. They deserve to be put out of business. They SUCK. STILL no resolution, or follow up by them........I'm contacting the BBB.

Wish I had read these reviews before…

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this company! I ordered a pair of $29.99 shoes. I was hoping to find a coupon code for free shipping, but no available so I picked the $7.00 ground shipping as I was in no hurry. The total came up to $37 and change, and I hit okay. Later I get a confirmation email and the total is now $60. The shipping had changed to overnight. I tried calling immediately and they were closed for the evening. The only option at that point was email. I sent one off asking that they either change it back to ground or cancel the order. Next day, I get an email letting me know the shoes were on the way. I called but there was "nothing they could do." I'm thinking, of course there is something you can do, you can refund me $23! If you are reading this before buying... I'd advise that you do not. If their business plan is to sell one pair of shoes, they accomplished it. If their plan is to have a repeat customer, they have failed.

If I could negative stars

If I could negative stars, I would. My wife ordered 3 paid of shoes on 11/26. Today is 12/6 and the web site still says the order is being picked. I called on 11/30 and the rep said they would ship by Tuesday 12/4. I've sent two emails already and no response. I tried calling 3 times today and each time i get a message saying to call back later. When i finally get through, i used the call back option so i don't have to sit on hold for an hour. BIG MISTAKE! They called me back and i have now been on hold for 45 minutes. I will make sure my wife NEVER buys ANYTHING from this company ever again!

Purchased two pairs of shoes

Purchased two pairs of shoes. Both were priced at 39.99. The quality of the shoes used to be very good; however they are terrible now. I returned them and the company deducted $12 from each pair for the now discount price and then charged me $7 more for an admin fee for that deduction. So I lost $19 from each return. I have contacted them several times via email with no replys or assistance. When attempting to call the cust serv number it says "technical issue's, try again later." This issue is now two months old. Never buy shoes from this company.

It all starts with upper management

If I can leave less than one star, I would. I have ordered two pairs of shoes. The order slip they sent me shows correct shoes I have ordered, however in the shipping box I have found one pair of shoes I did not order, and not the ones I have. So I immediately send it back period on the order slip I have circled that I would like to exchange one pair for a bigger size and told them they have not sent me the correct shoes, the second pair and that I'm returning the pair they have sent me. I have ordered black high heels and they send me brown house slippers for old people. No offense to anyone, I just wasn't shopping for those type of shoes. A week after I have returned the box I have received an email saying they will refund the pair of shoes for which I asked to be exchanged. They never mentioned anything about second pair of shoes. So I was expecting they have realized the mistake and soon enough they will send me the correct shoes. As the weeks went by I have not received any communication or my shoes from this company. So I call them today and I was told the customer service representative cannot take care of this issue he has to be made into a ticket and take it goes to somebody else and he goes to somebody else and then somebody else to approve my refund. I didn't even ask for a refund I just wanted them to have the pair of shoes I have not ordered back, and send me the pair of shoes I have ordered. She told me she cannot do that. She cannot even give me a refund. It has to be sent to a person and then that person sent it to a person for an approval. Bottom line I will not get the shoes I have paid for him and I also have to wait even longer now for somebody else to approve my refund. Why wouldn't this company Empower their people by giving them the power to resolve the issue rather than having a customer wait and wait and wait, and it wasn't even customer's fault. It is their fault. They sent me pair of shoes I did not order. And it is not customer services representatives fault. It is going to higher management, to CEO and etc. It is them who need to set an example what a true customer service is. It is them who should give power to their representatives to resolve issues like this period yet though they don't. Horrible horrible horrible way to treat a customer. Not only you have done a mistake but you're telling me you cannot even fix it. I have return the shoes and they simply kept my money without even contacting me back and saying hey look we made a mistake let us fix it. They just thought I'm going to be quiet about it and they get to keep my money. Well they kept my money for 2 months, and now I have to wait even longer to get a refund. You need to fix your management style, you need to fix your customer service. You need to give power to your people to be able to resolve it and not make some stupid tickets that go from a hand to a hand into a hand! And reading other people's reviews I just realized you have lost many many customers! obviously your CEO doesn't think money and numbers but is more focused on criminal activities and stealing from your customers!!

EASY SPIRIT - NOT EASY - I'M DONE!!

I've ordered from Easy Spirit for years with no problems. I am disappointed and beyond upset with them!!
I recently ordered 5 pairs and called to change the color of one pair, which they said would be done - but it wasn't, so now the burden is on me to return and change.
I ordered another 5 pairs on October 18, 2018. On October 19 my credit card company notified me of fraudulent charges on the credit card I used and it was cancelled. I immediately called Easy Spirit (24 hours later) to explain the situation and provide another credit card. The rep reviewed my information and gave me a new order number!! So now I have 2 orders for the same shoes!! I was told no supervisors were available and they had no corporate numbers to provide. I was given an email address and told I would receive an immediate response, which arrived over 24 hours later - "Just return one of the orders and we'll give you a refund when we get it, and here's a 15% discount for your inconvenience. (I already got 30% off) The shipping label was created 2 days before the order was actually shipped!
So, let me get this straight - Easy Spirit can't get an order correct. And the customer has to spend an unreasonable amount of time to correct Easy Spirit's mistakes! Sure wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered!

I vowed months ago to never use Easy…

I vowed months ago to never use Easy Spirit again after I tried to change an order 5 seconds after submitting and they wouldn't let me. But Sunday I ordered a pair of dress shoes for a trip I'm taking Thursday. I paid $15 for 2 day delivery. As of today, Wed at 9:30 pm, the shoes have not left the warehouse. I was counting on getting them and now have no shoes for the function and no time to go shopping. I'm done with Easy Spirit, and it's a shame. They used to be really good and responsive. So annoyed.

I have had the worst experience with a…

I have had the worst experience with a company I have had for many, many years. I returned shoes and they never refunded them; said they never got them.
They also refused to let me exchange the shoes that didn't fit.
Their customer service has been non-existent, keeping me stringing along so long, I can't dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Poor quality and customer service

I have been wearing this Easy Spirit shoe for years with good results. The last two pairs I ordered were horrible. After three months, they look like this! Whether it is poor quality in materials or workmanship, it is unacceptable.
I have tried to deal with Easy Spirit about my dissatisfaction, but they refuse to take responsibility because I bought them from Amazon, not easyspirit.com.
Please note: This site will not allow me to post a picture, but there is about a one inch tear in the "leather."

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ORDERED 2 PAIRS OF SHOES. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEMS. I WAS TRAVELING WHEN THEY ARRIVED. I NOTIFIED THEM AND THE 3 customer service reps I spoke to all kept on repeating the same things, over and over, about their 14 days return policy. If they had s3bt me the correct pair of shoes, I would not have ha$ any issue in the meantime. I do not want to have a $150 store crédit with a company that I never plan on patronizing again!! Never again. I am beyond upset

My daughter ordered 7 pair of shoes…

My daughter ordered 7 pair of shoes from Easy Spirit.com. and paid in full with a credit card. She received a box labeled 1 of 1 that contained 3 pair of shoes and an invoice inside stating that all 7 pairs of shoes were enclosed. The box was only large enough to fit 3 shoe boxes in and was shipped by UPS. She immediately contacted Easy Spirit who told her they shipped all 7 pairs in that box and that she had received it. She was told someone would get back to her within 48 hours. As each 48 hours passes and she re-contacts them she is told the same thing over and over. It has now been several weeks and she has not received the rest of her shoes nor a refund of her money. There should be some way to contact someone with more authority to answer questions and get answers!!!

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud! Didn't refund returns

“I bought 4 pairs of shoes online back in mid Oct . They didn't fit so I returned them using the label they give you in the box. it has been 30 days and they still have not issued refunds to the four shoes I returned even though the tracking shows they received it a month ago.

Today I called them and they acted like they have no controls over returns and their so called return dept wanted to ask me questions like what I returned, bla blah. Playing games cos they know what I ordered and what were returned.

They are engaging in SCAM. I checked other reviews and this company has a pattern of doing this to many other customers. They ignore your refunds for months and they play games to deny your refunds when you contact them.”

Love my on cue shoes!

From the day I received them, they were extremely comfortable. I bought them for a month-long trip to Europe, as one of my pairs of shoes. Didn't realise at the time that I would wear them every day! The only thing I did was to insert a gel arch support in the left foot. The shoes are just wonderful and soooo comfortable! The other pluses for me are that they have half sizes and narrow sizes available. And they come in several great colors. I didn't want to look like an American with white tennis shoes -- I bought dark blue, which went with everything. Great job, EasySpirit!!
