Not clean when I will get discount
When I was selecting electricity suplier I saw ~250EUR discount, but when I registered with van de Bron I saw just a regular price, now I am paing price without discount, so it is not clear when I will get my discount.

The discount of 257 euro will be returned by the end of your contract. So yes indeed, you will pay a little bit more each month but the discount will make it right :)
Another option is to lower your price per month. You will always pay for all your consumption. All the electricity and gas that you have used will be calculated on the yearly bill with the amounts that you have paid.

Informative, fast and easy
My husband and I have been putting this off for a long time, worried that it would be very complicated.
It ended up taking no more than 30 minutes. I believe we got all the information we needed. We just needed to enter our usage from last year, and we got a lis of the best options. I choose one of the greener ones (#3 on the list, only 3 euros difference).
We are pleased. Hopefully no bad surprises :-)
