I'm afraid that I must write this comment in English.
This was the first time I hired an automobile through your company which translated to Budget Car Rentals in the USA where I acquired my vehicle.
The booking procedure online through your website was thorough, clear and easy to do. Once in the states the personnel there were courteous and helpful, except for lacking any semblance of common courtesies as greeting of the day and no auto operating guide in the glove caompartment. My vehicle was in top condition and clean, as expected.

However, on the trip back to Houston where I was to return my vehicle the bottom of the front bumper began to drop off. I stopped to get it looked at by a local mechanic who informed me that certain plastic screws were missing from the under carriage piece. The dangling piece was then fastened with metal wire till I could drive to the nearest Budget Car Rental depot. In Waco, Texas.
I rung Budget cars in Waco and was directed to the Budget Rental Car Centre near the Waco regional airport. When I arrived there, I was informed there were no cars available, a National Car Rental clerk. No Budget Car clerk was available!!
Needless to say I pleaded to get a replacement car. All that was available was a Dodge Pickup truck!!
I arrived in Houston, safe and sound. Upon returning the vehicle to the Budget Car Rental car return point, I was waited upon by a surly young lady who obviously did not want to help me. I was, however able to return the vehicle with no problems.

We had a wonderfull brand new car and not a single problem. 5 stars for me!

We used easy terra in Greece/Crete. Everything perfect, easy communication, no hidden costs and quick check in and check out process.

Second time we hired a very nice car in USA. Always good experience. We booked on purpose such that everything all insurances were included. Price was OK. Only rent of navigator device was quite expensive. At the counter they always try to sell upgrades, but if you refuse its OK.

After misunderstanding they approached me and were willing to cancel the deal. Company took responsibility and went toward customers need by canceling the deal. I am satisfied with this solution.

They mention excess cover, but don't trust them, in the policy it's only covered for a part of it! I paid extra money for nothing! This website is just a scam

Horrible experience. They cancelled our booking after being five minutes late. There was no number to call, since easyterra is completely unreachable after 22:00. We did not get a refund and they were extremely unhelpful the next day as our car had been given away and the only solution they gave was renting a car for more than 150 pounds a day. Customer service was extremely unkind, please avoid this company!

They offer the best deals. I think it depends on the destination/location and rental company whether you have a good experience or not. We used Easy Terra for a car rental with Alamo at Curaçao. When we arrived at the airport, the type of car we booked (medium), wasn't available, so they gave us a smaller car. The car was in a good condition. After our trip we contacted Easy Terra. Although it took a long time before they responded, they have paided us the overpaid money back. We are satisfied.

After arriving at the airport I had to upgrade my car, since the car that I've rented wasn't available anymore. The car that I had was a lot cheaper and I now had to pay the double price. On top of this I had to return the car full, because the car was given to me full. But guess what the car wasn't full at all.

Always good price and service. My go to website for renting cars in the Netherlands.
