Very bad experience. I booked a car with you and I received 2 invoices from 2 different companies. Totally crazy and pricing manipulation. I had to pay much more (insurance) than was written on the internetsite.

Do not use this company! We rented a car through Easy Terra, but the same creditcard (AMEX) that we used for the booking was not accepted for the deposit! Despite that only a few months before we rented through the same company and then AMEX was accepted. When we called Easy Terra we were told that we should have read through all the terms and conditions to make sure nothing had changed (who really does that?) and that we would not get the car, or our money back. They were rude and unwilling to change the booking, so no car, no restitution and no service. We were forced to book another car with another company.NEVER AGAIN!!!

Nice officer at the desk. Real good car and an upgrade to compensate the very very long wait at the airport.
That was the only downfall. We had to wait in line for the registration of the car for more than 2 hours.
But when it was there, the officer was polite, worked structured and gave the feeling everything would be ok.
Would definatly hire again.

No idea if this was due to EasyTerra or due to EuropCar but it turned out we still had to pay an additional ~50 dollar afterwards. Could be due to a misunderstanding though. Other than that everything was ok

Great portal for car rentals. Especially the worry free filter.

Booked a car accidentally for the wrong month.
As there is no notification days before the actual rental we discovered our fault a couple of days before we actually needed the car which was 3 weeks after the date we accidentally appointed.
No mercy from easyterra. Our almost 300 eu is gone.
This experience is entirerly our own fault but a compensation would make us very probably decide for easyterra again.

It was very clear to order a rental through EasyTerra. No hidden costs, good price.

I recently hired a car in Alicante (Spain) for 10 day, via Easyterra (broker) & Europcar. Everything went very, very well. In particular Europcar gave a very professional impression, this in speed of handling, state of the car, fast return... Excellent!

Overall pleasant and user friendly experience with EasyTerra. However, the car rental company will try to sell you additional car insurance packages which might not be needed anymore. Be very keen on that and know what is covered by EasyTerra because they will try to sell you the same insurance again. I found that an unpleasant experience which makes you doubt what is and is not covered

Clear info about "Best Deal"

No response at all. I hired a car in Italia, Alghero and the car rental debited my credit card (which I gave for garuantee), but I don't know for what. A question to EasyTerra isn't being answered (2 weeks ago), and no response at all on a request for an update.

I love the ease of EasyTerra. As far as I can tell, it is the cheapest way to rent a car. I like to be fully insured, so I always go for the No Worry option. Have used it four times in the last year and always happy.

Rented a car a couple of times without any hazzle, good prices, good service on the phone, will keep on coming back if they keep it up like this.
