Some minor problems with the payments sometimes, but they have all been sorted out eventually.

Fraud Danish company that never pays translators on time or not at all. Also you have no earn over 50 euros minimum to withdraw your money so you can wait for years to get the minimum 50 euros to receive your money.

Customer service is very aggressive and rude and keeps telling lies and lies about the "made" payment although the payment has never even been sent out.

NOT RECCOMENDED THIS FRAUD!

I needed a document translated into four languages. I had searched with a number of organisations, all of which quoted a high amount which was far outside of my budget. However, Easy Translate were able to provide an excellent price and I did not have to wait long for my documents. However, one translation was not in the format I needed and was presented as a list of translated sentences. Unhappy with this, I asked them if they were able to help and provide a document that matched the one I had originally sent. Willem and Ewa were the ones who sorted out my query at no extra cost and sent me a new translation, as per my original format, within the day. Cannot fault their assistance and they were very helpful throughout. Rare to get such good customer service nowadays!

The people I spoke to are nice and overall communication was good and friendly, but the translation was not as good as I expected. The text should have been translated from English to French, but I received a lot of negative feedback from my French colleagues: the words were French but the sentences were not.

I explained the situation, and the reaction was proactive and OK. Unfortunately, I still had to pay the bill (so double expenses because we had to rewrite ourselves), but I would go here again to give it another try.

They are too incompetent to charge invoices and have no processes in place to follow up on unpaid invoices... after months the first communication I got from them was them threatening with debt collectors for an invoice that wasn't even 300 EUR.

The translation service was good, but their customer service pathetic and insulting.

It is a great company that offers a lot of interesting projects from companies worldwide. The PMs are nice to work with and professional. Payment is reliable and comes monthly.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to jump start their translation career as a freelancer.
There will be step-by-step guides for each project and the staff are professional.

I had the opportunity to work with EasyTranslate on a seven week English to Dutch translation project for an international website developer. It was very interesting for me to experience working together in a team with the client, the translation agency and other translators and reviewers.
