EBay is a good place to buy lots which I have done any problems with items eBay will help but takes time to get refund but as a seller it's horrible I have stopped selling on eBay now it cost so much to sell on eBay after eBay and PayPal fee's plus postage you have a big dint out of your money but I have had lots of problems with scamers and bidders not paying so you have to mess about and resell and after clearly listing something they want to send back and eBay make you even though when you get it back there is nothing wrong with it and I have lost out on paying post there and back sorry eBay but you are pushing seller's to far and the amount of money you make off us you don't protect the seller only the buyer it's just not worth selling with you anymore way to expensive we do all the work and you just sit back reaping the rewards and never help the seller sorry but will only buying of eBay in future

EBAY and 60% of Chinese seller are very '' BIG MAFIA ".
If your items are missing you will contact the sellers after 25 days in my case these are the seller (hksanho and honest-merchant27),they will tell you that your item will be shipped again in 24h and you need to wait 30/60 days,after 70 days waiting from purchase day I sent emails to them but nobody answer to me, I tried to open a request by Ebay but day said after 30 days can't open a request.
If your item arrived defective you will contact the seller,you sent pictures,videos,etc,after 15 days reading excuses from the seller,this is the seller ( royalroadshopping ),inside the last email from the seller you can read ( we are ready to shipping a new item to you ),no single word about refund,hahahah and you think by yourself, this seller want to cheating me too,so you open a request by EBAY,after 3 days waiting for one answer I received 2 emails,one from the seller with many rules one of them is "avoid of any damage from the delivery way " so your item will arrived damage and don't get any refund.
The second email from EBAY " royalroadshopping let us know that they can't buy a return shipping label for you to use for Hynix 2GB DDR3 2RX8 PC3-8500S 1066mhz 204pin Sodimm Laptop Memory CL7 Unbuffered, you can purchase a label, and we'll ask the seller to reimburse you."
YOU WILL NOT REFUNDED FOR SHIPPING FEES OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

Good deals but you can't see behind them...had triple trouble buying in here,they don't help website and customer services sucks. Since then I only buy at Amazon and way differences,good customer service refund on a100% buying and faster home service....Love it!!!!!!!

I've bought from eBay several times but when I sold something and was robbed eBay did nothing to help even after me repeatedly sending emails and proof that I haven't been payed ... STAY AWAY FROM EBAY AND PAYPALL ABSOLUTE FRAUDULENT... 150 pounds and all the forgin girl could say on the phone was scripted garbage she wasn't even listening to me .:: BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM EBAY AND PAYPALL

The sink is amazing and beautiful. The included pop-up drain is wonderful as well. Both are great quality. Sink is fairly heavy and a very solid sink. Pop up drain is better than others because you can easily remove the center part to clean out the drain. You can not get this quality anywhere else for a better price.

An Ebay purchase I made in May 2016 was not received. Because the seller provided “proof” (trackable USPS data) that the package was delivered, I could not get a refund through PayPal. The carrier for my USPS route insisted that she delivered the package. Filing a second appeal with PayPal was pointless. Complaining to Ebay customer service staff was a waste of time.

I did get some emotional satisfaction by leaving the seller a negative rating at the Ebay website; however, after I got my money refunded, Ebay deleted my negative rating from the seller’s account.

In order for me to get my money refunded, I had to file a dispute resolution claim with the credit card company.

I close with one word of advice for Ebay shoppers. Please be sure to check out a seller’s ratings before a purchase. If you see one negative rating, don’t buy anything from the seller.

There are a lot of good things experiences and many bad from people that use e bay. No one can ensure that the seller is legit or not you just buy at your own risk. Here in the Philippines I wanted the new Samsung A3 2016 phone, but it is not available here - Filipinos seem to like bigger phones. I ordered this phone on Feb 28 and received it on Mar 3, from Abu Dhabi. No complains on getting the order here. The first red flag boldly on the box it is printed Made In China, I voiced my concern with the seller who assure me that it was original, then I went to the Samsung Store in the Mall and they too assured me that it was original. Of course I still wonder as I've never notice this on any previous purchases. Just over 8 weeks later my phone locks up, no display and hot to the touch. Not wanted to got through all the BS of sending it back through the mail I decided to take it to a technician at the mall. After opening the phone removing the battery then incerting the battery back the display returned. He suggested that the memory was full. Hard to believe as this phone has 16Gb of internal memory and the last had 8 Gb, the exact same apps were installed in both phone. Just can't help to believe that this phone is just a cheap copy from China sold at an original price. BUYERS BEWARE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK !!

This review is about their Global Shipping Programme, it is dreadfully and painfully slow. As I write this I am waiting for a parcel that has been bouncing around the US for 3 weeks and going nowhere, when I contacted eBay they stated it was held up in US customs under illegal and suspicious items (it is apple time capsule!!! FFS)By the time I expect to receive the parcel it will have taken 5 weeks - completely unacceptable in todays world of international trade.
In addition, I often report fake items and fraudulent sellers and they completely ignore, yet when I try to sell genuine item they keep blocking my listing stating 'buyers have had previous bad experiences with this category of item and yet there are other identical items (genuine) listed. They really need to focus a little more on who is bad and good, often a little difficult to tell but most of the time very easy!

I shop on ebay from time to time coz there are some excellent sellers there who carry wonderful items (New With Tag) with good and fair prices. However, their IT & customer service department are not always so great. They printed wrong shipping label once in the past and their customer service rep told me that I should be happy that a seller accepted my return request. One thing to be aware of on ebay-some sellers will say that their items are NEW but in reality, they are NEW items that have been sitting around for TOO LONG. Ask the seller about any of your concern before making any purchase.

eBay let fraudulent seller to operate. There is no way to report the seller which uses misleading practices. Very bad place to make purchase!!!
AVOID!!!

After 3 months waiting for my item, I gave the seller a bad review and demanded my money back - seller refused to refund until bad review was removed. Ebay and Paypal would do nothing, said it was over 30 days!! This is not the first time this has happened. I have bought 100`s of items from Ebay over the years-- but in the future -- I will be going to alternate sites. Maybe that is why Ebay stock has fallen 19%.

Apart from eBay being a rip off to sell on, I find I'm being conned so much when I buy of these now aswell, and as eBay has a lot of power sellers, there more protective of them!

Beware if you buy from this site!!

A friend of mine has been selling on eBay for 20 years, and over the last few years eBay changed in a bad way, they don't care about any seller if there good or bad, what they don't seem to get is without sellers they won't have buyers, then there fees are outrageous, between eBay and PayPal they take 12% of the total price including shipping, it used to be 3% but there just greedy, it's to the point now where if you can't get product for free to sell its not worth selling, eBay makes more than the seller does, then they don't care, it's just really sad for everyone.

Avoid this method of shipping at your peril!
.item will be delayed going to buyer even though the item has been listed and sold through ebay. The item gets to GSP in Derby and then they write and tell you it is being held as it may be a prohited item!
Why let me list it and sell in the first instance! ?

I recently ordered a relatively small item from an Ebay.uk seller that as far as I could tell only offered Ebay's Global Shipping at over three times the cost of the item. Transaction with seller (purchase) started Dec 15/16 and item was delivered Jan. 4 to Canada. I mistakenly thought (hoped) the very high shipping and handling cost might have the item delivered in time for Christmas - not so.
I have had items delivered from the UK in the past by Ebay.UK sellers in far less than the most recent item using Ebay Global Shipping. My experience suggests it is very poor service and expensive.
