I ordered during a period of stocktaking therefore I had to wait a couple of days before the item was despatched.
However, it arrived exactly as advised at the point of ordering.

Made an order and it arrived from the UK to Ireland very quick. Everything in the box was correct and packaged well.

The ONLY things that make this a 4 star review rather than 5 star. When I paid for my order, I received no receipt to my email.
I got no shipping confirmation or tracking number. I only received shipping info when DHL contacted me to pay custom charges.
Also the address DHL was delivering to is different from the one I provided EBC Brake Shop with, so I had to tell DHL the more accurate address, to avoid a mistake.

Excellent service, good quality product, I’m very pleased.

Good company to deal with, quick delivery, useful when pads were needed for mot.

They arrived promptly and fitted my car - they seem excellent quality, though i'm yet to do any extensive driving on the road but i'm sure they're perfect :-)

Ebcbrakeshop superb service, used them quite a few times.

Ordered pads and shoes but glitch on system meant shoes were not charged for so only pads received. Thought it was strange at the time.

Excellent delivery times and well packaged.

Prices were OK. Promised delivery in two working days due to a customers car incapacitated and urgently needed. 4 days later, no delivery. Called and had only just got in stock!! All told delivered a week late, and no invoice included or sent so had to chase that up too!!!

From placing the order to delivered to my door was just around 24hrs. Amazing work!

Only just fitted so no idea about durability. They came with a coating which I was not aware of, the extra thickness meant that the discs were tight for a while. the tightness soon wore off and so far so good, they brake the car, nothing else to say.

This is second request to review ebc brake shop after my recent order. As I said in first review, the parts were listed as “in stock” but after taking my money they emailed saying the items weren’t in stock with no further info on when they will be. No option given to cancel order. Sorry, I’m not usually inclined to write a negative review but this just seems so poor! I’ve no idea if I’m getting my order or not!

Ordered brake discs for the front and back. Arrived on time and as described. Website was easy to use and having an account allowed me to track the Order.
