Thank you for your review on trustpilot. We are sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with one of our hotel bookings. The booking was correct in our system but wasn't received by the hotel. Our agent resend the confirmation to the hotel, after which you could proceed with check in. Our apologies for the inconvenience this caused. Concerning the invoice, we do not issue VAT invoices, as we are a tour operator and as such our sales are not subject to VAT. The confirmation received is what we send out, which shows the total price of the booking.

Excellent and cheapest
The booking process was excellent, superfast and clear. The good thing is that the ticket I bought was cheaper than the fare of the airline itself. Amazing.

2 days before our holiday we booked airticket/hotel/car rental and all was top.
We can recommend e-bookers as start of your holidays. It is helpful that your holidays starts with selecting the airticket (when you book just 2 days in advance and search by hotel is a waist of time) so we see e-bookers as a favorite site from now on.

Good price-quality ratio. Large clean room, very friendly staff.
Page is a nice town (with a great maxican restaurant). And of course the magificant Horseshoe Bend. A must see. And therefor very populair. So, to avoid stress in getting a room in Page, book in time!

Best possible solution for finding a right combination of your flight's time and price
I highly recommend ebookers as a site where there is a wide choice of airlines, flight options and prices. The site is easy to use, and you see a ticket price right away (there are no surprises with additional charges for "service" or taxes). Moreover, a couple of days before your flight ebookers send you a reminder, which is very handy as once I got mixed up about my day of departure and missed the flight (booked 4 months ahead).
I love ebookers and I always use them for arranging my traveling.

They change prices to scare you into buying
So, I was searching for tickets on the ebookers website. I picked a route and wanted to pay for it. While I was paying, the price changed. The site gave me an error, and I couldn't buy it anymore. Then, searching for the same rout, gave me more expensive results. I still bought this option. The next day, I checked, and the price went back down.
