Not so good when i arrived at the hotel there was nobody, and i decided that i would drove all the way back to home, i.e.
I had to drive another 500 km and i was allread tired.

Relocated to a different (inferior) hotel
The hotel was overbooked and we had to be relocated to a different hotel of 3stars without any kind of compensation except for a complementary drink. The next hotel was very crowded due to a cycling event in town. Not at all the relaxing weekend we had in mind..

I would recommend you ebookers, although remain keen to compare prices always at different suppliers. Particularly the creditcard fees are very high and sometimes cause me to raise my brows

Okay
I did not receive my confirmation email on time, I suppose was system error. If that is the case then I cannot blame the person. But, still I was restless. After more than 10 hours of stress, I called the customer service today, the operator was a lady, Ms. Lieke and she was polite. Thank her for that. In future I wish to receive all documents as stipulated on time, please.

Easy handling of reservation
I was happy with the website and the easy way of handling my reservation. I did not find any English version though as my Dutch is far from being perfect.
