The communication prior to my trip was excellent. Luke was very helpful. The pre-trip information was comprehensive. The tour itself was amazing. Edmond was fantastic and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I was so concerned thatI would struggle with the Trek to see the Mountains Gorillas but everyone went out of their way to make sure that I had a fabulous experience

We were disappointed with our experience of Eclipse travel. In hindsight the itinerary could have been much better organised and I don't think our organiser took enough notice of our wishes. Getting up at 2am for a 5am flight isn't much fun, especially when there were later flights available.
Once we had paid the money we became invisible.
Luckily the local partners Neptuno and Mayan Sky provided a much better level of service.

Excellent itinerary reflecting deep experience in the South American and Antarctic regions I went to plus close consideration of my needs and priorities. Very happy - trip of a lifetime!

Our trip to Antarctic went well beyond our expectation. I want to give a shout out to Meike and the other people in Eclipse Travel for giving us good guidance, presenting options that were in line with our expectations. They answered all the questions patiently and made sure we were ready for the trip.

Aurora Village was a fantastic location for our 5 days in northern Finland; The activities package enabled us to access a number of ‘experiences’ including snowmobiling, dog sledding, cross country skiing and snow shoeing.
Seeing the northern lights was the u ing on the cake!!

Have traveled with Eclipse a number of times now to South America & every time has been exceptionally well organised.

Good range of locations and activities. Some guides much better than others. Accommodation was OK.

From the first enquiry until our departure date, Eclipse travel had us completely sorted. Meike planned an amazing holiday ,all flights, transfers to / from airports & hotels, very comfortable accommodation, great tour guides & alot of information on each country we were visiting .Meike & Ally were always quick to answer the many questions we had. We had planned a trip to Antartica for our 50th wedding anniversary . I booked flights and cruise but was totally lost when it came time to book accomodation in South American, transfers to and from airports and cruise port, an excursion to Iguazu Falls, and guided tours. I rang Eclipse Travel and spoke to Meike. From that point on everything became less stressful and more enjoyable. I can highly recommend them for all travel plans.

They were decent, but they're just the agents for the Tour Operator. I had to put in a lot of details into their portal for a trip to Southern Africa, only to have to give all these details again at the start of the tour.

They also gave some bad advice about taking US Dollars to pay for items in Namibia and Botswana. It was hard to get rid of these - they only take local currency or South African Rand.

Eclipse Travel had all the pieces in place for our trip from the US to Peru including last minute changes due to health issues. We had wonderful tours of Lima and Caral as well as incredible restaurant suggestions. They also coordinated our friends' trip from Australia so that we could meet up and tour Cusco and Machu Picchu together. Lots of moving pieces! Thanks, Cathy!

Asked to chat if I had an enquiry forced to give email and name, and then person could not answer my questions and offered to refer me to someone. I was scammed with false advertising to get my info. Beware!

We had a fantastic South America and Antarctica trip organised by Daniel. He worked closely with us to develop an itinerary that suited our interests, budget and made some brilliant suggestions we hadn't thought about. Everything was made so easy with all the transfers and we had great locations for accommodation. Eclipse provided, excellent responses with any issues that needed to be addressed. We would highly recommend Daniel and Eclipse Travel.

A huge thanks to Blake for organizing our amazing trip to South America and Antarctica. Four days before we were due to depart, we had the disastrous news that our Antarctic leg of the trip had been cancelled due to technical difficulties with the ship. Blake to the rescue! He was on the case immediately, securing us a place on another ship. He reorganised our whole trip in a couple of days, no fuss, communicating every step of the way, and even re-ordering our schedule to do it in reverse due to lack of accommodation in Rio. We had numerous flights, tours, accommodation etc so it was quite a feat the first time, let alone the second. Everything went very smoothly and we loved everywhere we went, it just got better and better every day. Antarctica was just magical - it was a dream come true, so well worth the wait in the end :-)

Now we just need to decide where to go next!!

We booked our holiday through Eclipse Travel, and our agent, Cathy Allden, was professional and unflappable! She was responsive and very understanding of our many requirements.
Aurora Village in Ivalo was exceptional: accommodation, meals and activities were all first rate. Staff was helpful and guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Transfers to and between locations were seamless.

Santa Claus Village was fun, and the sauna in our self-contained apartment a definite plus!
