Made a paid account on here to switch from Gmail in the hopes of supporting European email companies. After signing up, it seems that all the effort was spent on making the signup page. The translation of the website is bad (some options or menus are not translated at all). I paid for no ads, but there are still a truckload of ads when getting redirected (which is still a strange feature because what email provider can't immediately open an email link or file). It's simply not worth it; no user friendly interface, every action requires too many steps and why am i still getting ads?!?
One star is already too much. By far the worst Email provider i have ever used. Shows you adds without stopping kicks you out after every email read sometimes you don't even get to read them before getting kicked out. Doesn't let you read older emails. And when sending email you don't even know if they have been sent because it just loads with no end. Take my advice and avoid it completely it will drive you crazy.
Please avoid this email platform. I've had an email account there for over 2 years and it was nerve-wracking. Especially if you are using it on your phone- you send an email, but you can't see if it was sent or not- it's just loading forever. You can't find older emails and you have ads everywhere and there were some other things that weren't working properly.
for no reason my account was suspended a day after it was created and paid for later requiring me to provide extra info i declined as i don't feel comfortable providing those details and a refund should be provided and my account closed but they won't respond i've left so many emails...
You guys are bunch of thieves and criminals took my money refused to refund and i never even used the service just upgraded to a premiun on block my account and threaten me please report to the authorities crooks like you deserve jail i urge everyone thinking of using this provider please don't they are evil you're better off giving your money to scammers than them

Worse paid for service. Customer support replies to queries they feel like days after. The queries that are serious, but they do not like, they simply delete the ticket!. Avoid!!!
They 2FA is a mockery, the mobile version does not use, it simply ignores it, just add /m to login URL )
Requested a refund & cancellation

This was a good service but now it expires the session after each mail is read needing a further log-on each time. The help page says it is because of ad blockers but I don't use one. No helpline so time to move on I suppose.
I was contacted by a person pretending to be my boss asking me to help with purchasing an Apple iTunes gift card to give as a gift for someone in the Eclipso company, Henrik Arntsen, who does not exist.
Everyone in the company received the same mail too, and my boss then confirmed that the mails were not sent by him.

What Franky is referring to is as you click 'email' you get a flash screen advertising the paid option, click 'cloud' another flash screen, click 'organiser' the same ad infinitum.
I uploaded some files to cloud and they are lost although 14 mb space is used!, I made the ticket (after the inevitable flash advert) and it has been open 32 days problem not solved.
The layout is good but irritating to use and why would you pay when the site seems to still be in beta?
There is potential but they need to make it a better and reliable experience for the free email and then people will pay for the enhanced use but for a buggy and poorly supported platform as it is now it risks failing.

Probably the worst email service I have ever encountered, it has so many ads even when you click to read an email it goes to an ad and then to the email you want to read. It's best avoided terrible service unless you want to pay for the service.
