I placed an order on the 3rd March 2015 and still had received no communication regarding my order by the 13th March 2015. I tired to phone the company on the two available landline numbers -01603 327962 and 01603762646. The former rang and no one picked up and the second number was constantly engaged. There was NO ONE available to speak to. I sent an email asking to cancel my order and refund me immediately seeing that I had not received any of my goods. I received a generic reply addressed to Dear Mr.... I gave the company over 48 hours to reply to my emails. No reply. Luckily I had paid via PayPal so was able to lodge a complaint via the resolution centre. I have received an email today( 4th April) from PayPal in my favour and they are able to recover the amount I paid. PLEASE do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.I have had no apology, no telephone call, no email and worst of all no refund from ECO green Store. I agree with the other reviewers. This company is possibly the WORST online company I have dealt. AVOID.!!There are many other great companies out there who care about their customers and actually pick up their phones when there are issues, sort it out and APOLOGISE. Order from GOODNESS DIRECT instead.

MAJOR SCAM!!!!
Placed an order 2 months ago on gym supplementation. Order still not arrived. Contacted them on various occasions and got a reply weeks later. Their excuse was that they had too many orders not enough staff. Caused me major, major inconvenience. I was left waiting in the dark, unsure of when to expect my products. This waiting prevented me making an order elsewhere. Finally asked for a refund, which they said they'd provide, and no surprise, I still haven't received my product or my refund!!!
Now I'm left without my product 2 months after and without my money, which means I can't go shop elsewhere!

I ordered off this company and despite chasing them on phone and email and being told problems with stock etc etc, I got my order 8 weeks later.
It seems they advertise products at a cheaper price to hook you in for stock they do not have. Once they have got your money, you will be left waiting weeks and in that time they are making a nice little profit on all the orders they have taken for stock that they do not actually have. You will get your order eventually but in that time they have made interest on YOUR money sat in their account. Nice little scam!

I had ordered twice from this company (should have realised after the first order, that they were incompetent). Both times my orders took weeks to come. No communication from them to say why or when to expect delivery. When I chased them, I was fobbed off with the same excuse both times.....shortstaffed, awaiting stock. So glad I didn't cancel order and request refund, after reading the other reviews on here! I will NOT be buying from this company EVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible company!
I ordered on Monday 16th and paid for 1st class as it was for a birthday gift for the following Monday. Today (Friday) still no delivery and when I checked on the website it showed as "Processing" rang them and told out of stock and waiting for a delivery and will post Tuesday next week. I got no email informing me of this and they should not be taking orders for items they do not have. Thankfully I paid by Paypal so if not here by Thursday I will be looking to Paypal for a refund. I will NEVER buy from this company again and would rather pay the extra £2 and buy from someone else. My advice is AVOID!!!!
UPDATE..Still waiting and status on website still showing as "Processing" I have now opened a dispute on paypal as it obvious its not going to be sent any time soon despite their promises. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
It's a con!
Do not order from these thieves.Weeks and weeks to deliver and then refusing to pay refunds for not completing the order cos they know you can't get any legal help for small amounts in this sad country....scammers.Wayne Crowe( director/owner) google his name and the word refund and the independent newspaper ...he has form for this and must be creaming off wedges form unsuspecting people who don't bother chasing or reporting the small losses!! REPORT HIM & THIS SHAM COMPANY to Trading Standards and don't trust the made up glowing reviews, his other line of busines is 'Adwords specialist and SEO professional'.....in other words he's an Internet marketing con artist and knows just how to manipulate it to work in his favour, regardless of how many bad reviews his company is really getting. Deal with this company at your own peril.
Not a scam but very poor service
Twenty three days from order to delivery. After two weeks I contacted them to ask what had happened to my order. I spoke to Kat, in Customer Services. She told me that "There has been a stock error and we have had to order some more items in from our supplier to full fill your order." She apologised that they had failed to send an email to inform me of the delay. She emailed immediately after our phone conversation to confirm delivery in a week's time. The parcel did turn up a week later as promised. My view is that this company is poorly organised and is overwhelmed by the quantity of orders that its competitive prices have generated. They are particularly poor at keeping their customers informed about delays. If you don't mind waiting a month for delivery they are a good option.
Buy elsewhere, it may cost a little more but it will save a lot of hassle!
My order was placed 6 weeks ago and customer services respond to all emails with a template claiming they are out of stock but it will arrive shortly.
They are admitting to selling items they do not have in stock and therefore keeping our money in their account. If they do manage to fulfil they get the sale, if they don't you might get a refund (other reviews show people haven't been refunded) , have wasted time on emails and still need to go out and find the product you ordered!
Go with a reputable business, not this one!
dreadful - avoid...
Three weeks they held my order with no communication, I had to chase them. They eventually came back and told me that they were out of stock!! why hadn't they told me this in the first place, why did it take me to chase them to find this out???
Surely if you advertise you have stock, but you don't in fact ever hold the stock you are misleading customers!!??? maybe this should be looked into...
Would suggest you avoid this company....its not worth your time and certainly not your hard earned cash....!!

I don't trust this company
I ordered recently from this company the service is terrible after waiting two weeks told my items were dispatched when they were not. In the end I get a refund and the order was never dispatched at all. They just tell you anything they want to. They are always sincerely sorry except they are NOT. I got a whole mix of confusing emails from them that are just RUBBISH.
So slow: are they still in business?
Though they have a terrific range of goods on offer I have found E-G Store delivery extremely slow. Discussed this with one of the Eco Green people who told me they are a small company and so could not hold large stocks. It made me have a bit more sympathy; however, as a previous reviewer has said, even when you pay for premium postal service the items are not despatched immediately. It seems they wait till just about everything is available together before sending out a shipment. I have always had to request info on what is happening to my order, it is never volunteered. Last January a Hermes-delivered box from E-G Store was left propped at an angle for 24 hours on my doorstep even though I was in when the driver must have called. A bottle of Liquid Aminos was broken and over the following 24 hours soaked into everything else in the container. I was promised a new bottle by an apologetic E-G S person and have now been awaiting it for five weeks with no further contact despite phone calls and emails. I do seriously wonder if the company is still operating due to the total absence of response from them. I hope they can get their act together if they are still a going concern. Maybe just check before you submit a big order!!

Waste of time
Shopped twice with this website and both times were terrible, stupid of me to get suckered twice I know but I was hoping the first experience was an exception as it was Christmas time but no they were worse second time. I finally cancelled my order after waiting a month with nothing arriving, I was promised the money would be in my account shortly, well 12 days later I had to email again, another apology and a promise the funds would be returned within 5 days. I paid through PayPal so hoping they will sort it out. I will not be caught again. What a way to run a business!!!!!
Just an update, I had to go through Paypal resolution which took about 3 weeks but they did find in my favour and refunded. All throughout I heard NOTHING from Ecogreenstore. I will NEVER use them again, awful experience!
Don't Bother
I placed an order for £160 of stuff last week, all supposedly in stock, and paid a premium for 1-3 day courier delivery. After the 3 days was up, the order was still shown as "processing". I tried phoning with no success and so emailed. I got a reply telling me lots of items from my order were out of stock (but not which), and asking me "please advise". What they wanted me to advise them about they did not say.
I emailed back asking which items were out of stock and when they would arrive, so that I could decide what to do. Having not had a speedy reply, I tried calling. After 6 attempts to call, I finally got through. The person I spoke to was not helpful, just reiterating that lots of the ordered items were out of stock. I became so frustrated with the situation and their lack of initiative that I asked to cancel the entire order and have the full amount refunded.I was told I would receive a confirmation email that this had been done later that day. Well, they've had 5 hours to do that and nothing. I checked earlier today and the order status hadn't been changed. I've had no response to my email chasing this and they aren't answering the phones again.
Luckily I paid via credit card so will be able to get a refund from the card company for non-delivered goods if the store doesn't get its act together.
What a complete waste of time and effort. So much for trying to support a local business!

3 weeks delay and still waiting
I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Received part of my order 3 weeks later and waiting for the remaining goods.
The promised to send everything several times but didn't do it.
They explained that they don't keep everything in stock.
I advised them to inform people when they make orders that the delivery date is 3-4 weeks later etc.
