This company MUST be investigated....

Can't quite understand how this lot are still trading as the service they offer seems universally poor. The tel no on their website (01603 327962) goes straight to voicemail, the number they occasionally answer is 01603762646. All the usual bad practice applies: orders accepted despite no stock, unrealistic delivery times, no contact when things go wrong, zero customer service etc etc etc. There surely must be trading standards investigations ongoing. Anyone can offer the lowest prices on the net when they have no intention or ability to supply, it's almost criminal....

Absolutely Dreadful Customer Service

After waiting 2 weeks for my order I emailed this company to be told my order would arrive by the end of the week. It didn't. And they didn't bother to contact me to advise me that it wasn't on its way either. So I had to chase them again, now nearly 4 weeks after placing my order. Again I was told it would arrive by the end of the week. Again, it didn't. By now it was over a month, so I asked for my money back. They told me this had been done immediately. After checking my bank account and paypal account at the end of the week, 5 days after their email, there was no refund. So I chased again. They then tried to suggest that if I checked with paypal, it had been put in there. I checked again and this time it was there, but AFTER my email, NOT before. Dreadful customer service...

Truly Awful

The website showed the items I wanted were in stock - they weren't. Knowing they couldn't fulfill the order they still took the money from my bank account. I paid express postage and when the goods didn't arrive I had to contact them and got excuses of stock and distributions problems - these aren't customer problems. I'm currently waiting on a refund which was promised a week ago. This has to be the worst online company I have dealt with in a very long time. Do not use under any circumstances, there are better and more trustworthy online retailers.

Avoid like the plague

I have ordered twice from this company, and on both occasions they were unable to deliver my order in a timely fashion due to items not being in stock. I wasn't ordering anything unusual, and the website gave no indication that these items weren't immediately available. It is clear that do not keep much/any stock, so do not be lured by their ubiquitous discount promos. 16 days on I've given up and requested a refund; that's been delayed too. There are many better eco stores out there.

Don't use them!

I ordered two jars of Greek honey on the 14th December 2014. They took my money but failed to deliver. They did not inform me they were having issues with getting the honey. I contacted them after Christmas asking were my order was. I was told to be patient and they would get the order to me as soon as possible. It's now the 13th January 2015 and no honey. I have had to threaten them that I will take action if they don't give me a refund right away. I got my refund within 10 minutes. So they do monitor their disgruntled customers emails, they just choose to ignore them!! Not a way to run a business.

Healthier way to shop!

Easy to navigate around and a good range of products at reasonable prices. When purchasing these products in a supermarket there is often a premium, so I would recommend you look here first.

Poor communication & customer service.Will not be using again.

I have used this company before for on line orders for herbal hair products & they seemed ok if not a bit slow with products arriving in about 5 days.
On 13 dec I ordered over £50 goods & order acknowledged payment taken on my card & goods to be received within 5 working days. After Several days I received an e mail to say due to amount of orders there would be a slight delay & extra staff were dealing with the pre Christmas orders. Just before Christmas when I still hadn't received any goods I phoned the store. After a lengthy wait for someone to answer the phone & asking why I still hadn't received my order or any communication I was told by Megan that I should have received an e mail & they were waiting for some of the goods to come in. After explaining I had only received mailing offers from them I questioning why nobody had phoned or emailed to ask if I wanted the goods that were in stock dispatching. I was told I could have a refund. I actually wanted my goods! I was told they would be in any day & would be dispatched straight away or when they were back just after Christmas. I asked Megan to please ensure that they contacted me if there were any problems & the goods did not come in.
Yesterday, 5th Jan I rang again after still receiving no goods or communication. I eventually got through to Megan who informed me my order was to go out any day now. After I questioned her & said that's what I was told before Christmas she said once again I should have received an e mail & that they didn't realise the courier service they used were not collecting between Christmas & New year. I reminded her that I ordered the goods on 13 Dec & it was now the 5th January & was the 2nd time I'd phoned as I had received no communication or even an apology. I asked for a full refund to be told it would take 3 days to process.I asked for the proof of refund to be sent to me & was told this was not possible!!! At this point Lesley was on the other end of the phone & I was told Megan was taking another call!
I stated I was very unhappy with their communication & customer service & was surprised that Megan had not even had the curtesy to finish the telephone call. I was told I would receive an email to say the refund had been made. I said they had lost a customer. They didn't seem to care!
I have since ordered the same goods from another company I have used before.

toothpaste

Just bought some toothpaste and it mentioned a 5 % discount, I tried to copy and paste the code in to my order, But it said I could not use the code again.... I did not get to use the discount, disappointing but I look forward to the delivery of my toothpaste.

Friendly, reliable service.

I am very happy to have found this page where I can find a wide range of products that are consistent with my beliefs that nature should be treasured and not destroyed.
