Great quality cladding
Great quality cladding, really transformed the look of my conservatory. When the cladding was initially delivered to the wrong address, customer services tracked it down very quickly and the local courier redelivered it at the next opportunity. Very happy with my purchase

Poor experience
Poor experience. Was told product worked with lvt flooring which turned out to be incorrect and my flooring installer wouldn’t use. Tried to return the unused quantity but they refused based on the items being purchased past a 14 return cut off. Be very careful taking advice from these people, as the whole experience has left me poorly insulated and out of pocket.

Hi Anthony sorry you had some issues with your installer not fitting your insulation, we can confirm it is 100% compatible with LVT flooring and has been tried and tested many times and installed together by many of our customers. We would've loved to have heard from yourselves or your flooring installers to answer any queries you may have had about the insulation. It is a unique product which some installers may not have come across, which i appreciate could make them a little unsure about fitting over the top of it. Our returns policy is stated on our website under terms and conditions at the bottom of each page.

The white eco insulation is sold as not needing ppe. That is absolutely not true. You must wear mask and gloves.
I am not sure what its fire rating is either. Otherwise a good alternative to rockwool.

Efficiency of the company. The item was delivered when I was told it would be delivered. The item was as per the advert. I have insulated our conservatory floor with it and already we can feel a difference. Very pleased with the product and will certainly be ordering some more. Highly recommended.

Door insulation kit
Really liked this kit. Simple to fit. I really didn’t think the double sided tape would hold the foil, but it did.
You really need the special scissors as thick to cut. Foil tape is great.
Would buy again.

The delivery was, as promised, next day. The kit to insulate the conservatory included plenty of screws and staples so it's easy to use and the only additional equipment required were the batons
