Approved on a Thursday, confirmed arrival on the Monday, Plasterers arrived started and suggested finishing on the Wednesday, great finish to the walls, very friendly and helped move any furniture that was in their way. Worked around me working from home getting in their way, wonderful experience.

My dad recently had the energy grant to have solar, heating and insulation. This was a big thing for him as he's 82 and doesn't like change. But the guys were just brilliant with him. Helped him so much and went the extra mile for him to feel comfortable with the change. They did so much for him in the house. We were very grateful.

Dan and his team respected our home, they were tidy and completed the works with minimal disruption. They worked long hours to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. The work that they carried out was to such a high standard that it’s a shame we can’t give more than five stars. We could not recommend them more highly; thank you all for making this huge change to our property less painful.

Conscientious & courteous workmen who communicated well. They used plenty of floor covering & were neat & tidy. Finished plasterwork was excellent, a standard that I hadn’t seen before with hardly any splashes on existing walls or ceilings. Work ethic brilliant too, working 10/11 hour days with hardly any breaks. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. 👍

Finding a reputable company proves to be very difficult. However, after a recommendation from a neighbour, we were delighted with quality of the work completed by Tom. He kept us informed of the work from start to finish, being punctual and very reliable. I would certainly use Tom again and would highly recommend him to others. A job well done! Thank you.

I had Paul and Kian and Alfie doing the work in my flat over the pass couple of days started the job last week and they last day was today! They all done an amazing job on my insulation in my flat, such a lovely brunch of boys, really nice really polite toward me, Paul was fantastic he Spoke to me and explained everything that was happening doing the days they was here doing the job in my flat. I deffo would recommend this to anyone!! If you could ask for who doing the work in ur property deffo ask for Paul,Kian and Alfie honestly couldn’t ask for better boys to do the job!!

At the beginning of the process, I’ll admit I was a little uncertain, as the overall plan hadn’t been made very clear—not only to me, but it seemed to some of the workers as well. This initial lack of clarity left me feeling a little apprehensive. However, as soon as the work began, any worries I had quickly disappeared thanks to the professionalism, attitude, and workmanship of everyone involved.
From day one, the plasterers were fantastic. They took time to walk through the house with me, discuss the plans, and most importantly, they made me feel completely at ease. I was particularly concerned about the wall with the log burner and how the internal insulation would work around it. Their idea to create a feature wall there not only addressed the issue, but also added a touch of character to the space. They were tidy, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to have in the house.
Ryan, the electrician who attended during the first week, was also great. He was thoughtful in discussing the best placement for extractor fans, ensuring they worked well both functionally and visually within the space. Nothing was too much trouble, and he worked with care and consideration.
I also want to acknowledge the gentleman who came to do the cavity wall insulation. Though he was only here briefly and I didn’t catch his name, he was courteous and left everything clean and tidy.
In the second week, two men came to fit the solar panels, and I must say they did a brilliant job. I hadn’t been told how many panels I would be receiving, which left me unsure about what to expect. However, they installed them with real attention to detail—fitting them neatly and evenly across the roof in a way that looks balanced and tidy. The installation doesn’t look out of place at all, and I really appreciate the care they took in making sure it was done right. I was also informed thoroughly on how this works too.
from the moment Dan and Matt arrived, I knew I was in good hands. Their work ethic was truly outstanding—they barely stopped all day, even during the hot weather, and were incredibly respectful of the house and my preferences.
Despite not being informed in advance about the flat roof section of the property, they adapted and worked around it brilliantly. They even ensured pipe runs were discreet and aligned with my requests. Once the plumbing was complete, they left everything clean and tidy and took the time to explain in detail how the system works. Dan was also kind enough to explain it to my neighbour, who had previously had similar work done but had never been shown how it operated. They are a true credit to your company and I’m so grateful for everything they did.
What really impressed me was their dedication—staying late to ensure the system was running properly and that we weren’t left without hot water. That level of commitment is rare and deeply appreciated.
One concern I had throughout the process was the placement of the heat pump, as I had been told it might need to go on the narrow walkway in the garden, which would have left no room to pass safely. Understandably, this made me quite anxious. Thankfully, the plumbers immediately recognised this issue and suggested a much more suitable location, ensuring good airflow and preserving access in the garden. I’m extremely happy with the final placement.
I’d also like to thank Jeffers, the carpenter, for his tidy and helpful work, and the second electrician (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) who returned at the end of the project. He worked alongside the plumbers to ensure the heat pump was fully operational and came back the next morning to finish installing fittings and even resolved an issue with the bedroom light from earlier in the project.
Overall, I am incredibly grateful to everyone who worked on the house. Every single one of them brought professionalism, skill, and kindness, and it’s made all the difference. Please pass on my thanks to the entire team—each of them contributed to making this a positive experience, and I truly appreciate their hard work.

Still awaiting collection for the waste after a number a weeks despite being told someone will be there ‘asap’
But I’ve found the communication good when chasing this and the final bit of insulation which is required in a cupboard , which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5,

Eco Home Insulation have recently installed an air source heating system in the house I am renting and have done a very professional job. It was not easy to work around us as we are a family of five, plus our dog, and had only recently moved into the property, but the team were very flexible working around us and very respectful. The work itself is to a high standard, and considering all the bad experiences i've heard from other people about air source heat companies, these guys were fantastic, and if you're thinking of getting a system put in I would certainly choose Eco Home Insulation.
The after care is also very good, with the girls in the main office contactable if you need any help with your system or to arrange any finishing off jobs from the various tradesmen.

Update: After 2 more months of complaints, discussions and visits, the company have finally carried out steps to correct the problems and I have a degree of satisfaction for the overall result now. Make no mistake, this install is not how it ideally should have been but the company have at least tried to put things right by installing a further pump to circulate the heat more effectively. Time will tell whether this is good enough to warm the whole house in the winter. I will update this review if there are further problems.

Previous Review: Appalling aftersales service. This is clearly a company that as soon as the job is done, they don't want to know. They carried out the install of the ECO4 grant for me, and the air-source heat pump has never functioned effectively. Midway through the first winter, I tried to contact them for advice and perhaps a visit to discover the problem, and despite multiple phone calls over 4 WHOLE MONTHS, they have never fulfilled their promise of getting back to me to arrange a visit. I advise everyone to stay clear of this company. They seem professional on the phone, and say all the right things to earn your trust and business, but as soon as the money's in their account... gone... AVOID

still having problems with them 2 years on! terrible from the start! first there was the survey, which took five visits by three different men all telling me something different. we had a concrete pad put in where the air pump was meant to go, they put it somewhere else meaning the floor under it will now collapse as they failed to tell us how much condensation the air pump creates. the insulators were rude a damaged my property and left us with an unmanageable mess. the installation was much longer than anticipated. 10 months after installation and we are still ringing them every week because of a problem... water leaks, filters clogging, error codes electrical failures, burst pipe joints you name its happened. they still haven't given us access to the feed in electricity on the solar and i am at my wits end chasing up their mistakes all the time....

Archie and rob were brilliant throughout. Jamie top notch also. The whole team.were really good despite obstacles. What has been a difficult time not being in the house, they were very understanding and approachable.
Definitely recommended.

I have no problem with the installation. However, in spite of the fact that I have a clear agreement that they are responsible for servicing my heat pump, they have not done so. They have been wasting my time with various excuses since last summer. Finally, a fortnight ago, they asked why I thought they were responsible for maintenance. When I emailed a copy of the paperwork, they gave me a price for a service. When I asked them to go ahead they then ghosted me.
Very poor service. I’m very disappointed.

We had Johnny and Eddie complete the whole loft insulation and plastering, it was a huge area to complete. Absolutely brilliant job can’t recommend them enough. Very friendly and easy to approach and ask questions. Left the place spotless after too. Thank you.

We've had Paul and Kian doing our whole top floor of the house and bathroom insulated and replastered over the past week. They have done absolutely brilliant, very pleased with the Job they have done. Couldn't recommend a better pair of guys they was very polite and friendly who went above and beyond.

Jeff and his team are so helpful and go above and beyond during the whole process. They are respectful of the house and ensure that everything is covered over and clean up afterwards.
