Relieved to be back with eco 7 energy…
Relieved to be back with eco 7 energy after having been erroneously transfered to Together Energy against my wishes by lookaftermybills.com. Together Energy where a complete shambles and I have now unsubscribed from lookaftermybills.com just in case.
I have to congratulate eco7 customer services who have been very helpful and have set me up as though I had never left. Their new website is also a hugh improvement, the old one looked like it had been designed by a 5 year old.

Great customer service with friendly helpful staff.
I had some questions prior to sign up so I thought I would give them a call. Was pleasantly surprised how quickly my call was answered knowing how long it took my previous big six suppler to pick up my call.
The person I spoke to could not be more helpful gave me all the information I needed and even sent it over in an email to me to confirm everything.

Initial experience switching to Eco7energy has been excellent
Initial experience switching to Eco7energy has been smooth.
Their pricing looks good with their electricity promising to be 100% wind power! A bonus is no early redemption fees too.
The gas price is competitive, but with wholesale LNG prices dropping through the floor, hopefully we will see even more price drops soon!

The switch was a very easy and smooth…
The switch was a very easy and smooth process. I found a quote online (Citizens' advice website) using minimum information from current supplier then called Economy Seven. The customer service was excellent, I just had to provide my payment details and they took care of the rest. Excellent communication, smooth and efficient. I've saved almost half my expenditure on energy per annum!!!

I was referred by my friend who is with your sister company. When I tried to talk to them they recommended me economy Seven. to switch it was very easy. few simple steps and I was all done. Now the switching is in process. so far very pleased with the service.
I have calculated my bills and I think I will save me at leaset £20 per month.
