I purchased multiple kits from…

I purchased multiple kits from ecoolbuy. So far, two of them don't have enough sticky on the canvas. The dots don't stay. I use release papers so the project stays clean on the unused areas. I wrote the company about this and they are not willing to make this right in any way. Never will I buy any kits from them. Terrible customer service.

Sorry to hear the canvas does not have enough stickiness for the diamond drills. This issue is usually caused by dust, lint, oil from hands, or long‑time exposure without protective film. Please try these troubleshooting steps:

Please do not touch the adhesive layer with bare fingers. Use tweezers or low‑tack tape to gently remove dust, hair and lint on the surface.

Only peel off a small section of protective film at a time while working; keep the rest covered to avoid dust contamination.

Press each diamond firmly after placement. You may use a roller or place heavy books on top for a while to improve adhesion.

For small areas that still lose stickiness, you can apply a tiny amount of clear craft glue or thin double‑sided craft tape as a fix.

I have been purchasing your products…

I have been purchasing your products for months and I love them! They are all early Christmas gifts and the receivers love them too! The quality is excellent and the end result is superb! I would recommend Ecoolbuy to everyone that does Diamond Art. They are great!

I had an issue with one of their…product being out of stock

I had an issue with one of their products being out of stock. I contacted them through email. They got ahold of me after like an hour after I contacted them. They allowed me to pick another diamond art. I was very surprised to hear from them so fast. And to have my pick sent as quickly as it was
