Not the best rates and won't take no for an answer
We used Ecosave last year for the renewal of our charity electricity contract as they claimed to offer the best rates from our current supplier. I have received numerous calls saying the contract is due for renewal and that we will be hit by out of contract pricing when in fact we have 18 months left on our current agreement. When speaking directly to our supplier they were able to offer a renewal direct which was approximately 20% cheaper than the price Ecosave quoted as the best available. We renewed direct and after explaining this to Ecosave I still receive several calls a week asking me to renew with them.
