2nd time with this company and it’s no better, status says two failed delivery attempts because customer requested a different day. Neither of which is true . Customer service say I should expect it within 72 hours but no date. I wouldn’t buy from a company who uses this courier service

This is second interaction with this courier company and both went very well! The workers were very nice on the phone and both accepted pleasantly to come to the apartment door instead of insisting that I went to the entrance of the building. Thank you!

Only pressed the 1 star because I couldn't leave a review otherwise!!!.
What a lying courier firm this is. They said I refused the first delivery,then on the second said the address was wrong. How can that be true if I refused to sign for the delivery previously?. Was it the invisible man ?. Total bullshit from a bullshit company. NEVER, Ever use this pile of crap of a courier company. Their customer service support is absolutely atrocious. They merely reply saying they only attempt two deliveries. Well they never attended as I have CCTV to prove they did not !!!. You can clearly read on the reviews that AI replies as it's exactly the same statement each time. A pile of shite company, who lie and do not deliver orders and are not interested in customers. Avoid them like the plague at all costs!!!!!!

Thieves!!!!

Package returned.

The package did not arrive on the day expected. I later received a message saying that they had 'tried several times' to deliver it. This is a lie. I am at home all day and my desk is by an open door opposite the gate. They have now returned my parcel to the vendor and I have to ask for a refund. I live in the country and not all couriers deliver here, but I should have been told that at the start.

I had an extremely poor experience with…

I had an extremely poor experience with this courier company.

I was at home the entire day waiting for my parcel. To my surprise, I then received an email saying that the parcel had been delivered. This was clearly not true, as I had not received anything, and no delivery attempt was made.

I contacted the company to ask where my parcel was, but I was not given any clear answer or useful information. Since then, I have received no further update, leaving me with no idea where my parcel is or what is being done to resolve the issue.

This has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. A courier company should be able to provide accurate delivery information and proper support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

They LIE ABOUT BEING OUT FOR DELIVERY

They say our for delivery, never gets delivered. No one actually attempts delivery, nor do they try to call or anything. No warnings either. Then out of the blue they decide, again without warning, that they will return the package to sender. Because of their OWN FAILURE. And no solutions provided at all. Customer bears with all the costs. Incredible.
