Super delivery man.
The delivery man called and was willing to wait some 10 minutes for me to arrive at a collection point. He sent me a roaming direction to make sure I could find him. He was super patient and very smiley. Highly recommended

Great delivery guy with professionalism and patience
It all went well, the app said my delivery was going to be done on a Saturday instead while I was out on a Friday afternoon I get the call from the delivery guy saying he is outside my building now (so the day before) luckily I was 15 min away and the poor delivery guy waited to deliver my box until I arrived bless his heart I wish I could have given him something as a thank you or asked for his name so I could have gotten him a shout out. Super grateful for this wonderful service so thank you!!!

After waiting several weeks for my parcel to arrive in Portugal, I received a notification stating it had been successfully delivered, along with a photo that offered no clear proof of delivery. However, when I got home, there was no parcel, and none of my neighbours had accepted it on my behalf.
Based on the circumstances, it appears the parcel may not have been delivered as claimed. When I contacted customer support, the response was limited, and I was simply advised to contact the supplier for a refund. This felt like a lack of ownership and transparency on the part of the courier service.
I would have expected a more proactive approach—specifically, a proper investigation and clear communication on what actually happened. Instead, the interaction gave the impression that situations like this are treated as routine and not taken seriously.
Given this experience, I would avoid using this courier again if alternative options are available.

Products crammed into the WRONG mailbox
Not only the courier did not ring the bell before cramming everything into the mailbox (when clearly the delivery was too big for it) but also put it into the wrong mailbox. One of the products was damaged while cramming it into the mailbox

I was informed on April 17th that my three packages was on "the last mile". After that nothing happened. I have contacted them by email and on phone. The positive thing is that they answer on the phone but the Brazileiro that answers speaks with a difficult accent and does not speak a word of English. I have not a clue where my packages are. Regarding the comments from Ecoscooting, they only answer email with standard non relevant answers. Never investigate. To phone them if you do not speak Portuguese is meaningless. Not one word of English.

A bit of a disappointing service, not reliable. I received an email saying my order had been delivered, but I hadn’t received anything and no one rang my doorbell. I later discovered the courier had left the package at a nearby café without my authorization and withouth informing me that he left it there.
Earlier that day, I had called EcoScooting and asked the courier to contact me upon arrival. They told me he would do it, but that never happened. After the notification of delivery, that didn't actually happened, I contacted EcoScooting again and was told the courier would call me to sort out the situation. Once again, he never did.

If exist review with -1 star I will give it to them. Long short story they left my package 70 km away from me and told me to go and pick it up. When I gave a call to customer service the agent was quiet annoyed with me and just keep repeating that there is nothing to do.
