Terrible delivery service. The courier threw my Temu package over the fence into my property without even ringing the doorbell or calling to check if someone could come out to collect it. The order arrived damaged as a result. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and care for customers’ parcels.

I just called the driver to ask about my belongings; he told me he had left them in the elevator. My wife had opened the door for him and was waiting right at the apartment entrance, yet he didn't come up—he told me he never goes up. Furthermore, he hadn't informed me at all that he had put the items in the elevator for me to collect. As a result, I still haven't received my things.
