Good communication always let you know when your delivery is about to arrive

You try to deliver yesterday Saturday. I spoke by phone with the delivery man, told I was out during weekend and agreed to receive on Monday between 10 am and 2 pm. How can you report that the parcel is delivered on Sunday after this ? Terrible.

Awfull service. The delivery guy came to my building door didn't give me any information or warning that he was arriving. Rang the doorbell waited 1 minute and left saying I wasn't home. The building cleaning lady even told him to come in and he refused saying I was the one that had to go down but I didn't even knew it was him there neither had time to find out because he left immediately. Trying to contact the company was useless they just answered hours later and basically saying that my delivery would come on the next 7 days. The guy was at my door and left because he wanted and now I'm not gonna be able to follow with my plans and have to wait minimum 7days to have my products. WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. I requested info to write a complain but they didn't provide me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Super unprofessional.

I did not receive any parcel. But why It's Showing delivery confirm?

We have been waiting for a delivery for them since they received it through customs 6 days ago. We have reached out countless times for urgency as we leave to go away, and they have not yet delivered. Shocking turn around time

The driver refused to deliver the package to my door, saying it was against company policy to climb stairs to deliver to the 4th floor. The driver was demanding I would go down to the building door to fetch the package. She even asked me if the building had an elevator. When I said no, she said the maximum she could do was get to the 2nd floor and I would have to meet her there. Terrible service. It doesnt make any sense if you have this policy -never heard it before (especially because it was a very light package). Probably it was your delivery woman who lied, but I Will definitely avoid choosing your service in the future

I am old and have been dealing as a private person with internet/sell/buy/delivery since 1987 in italy holland germany and now spain. i have never and let me stress this again NEVER came across a company as absurd as this one. All they had to do was a simple delivery. On First attempt nobody call me or phoned me just a wapp where they claim that the address is wrong. i contact them and show them that all u had to do was to put my address on google map and u will see the magic location. Ok no problem they said we will try again and then after 1 day again undeliverable item wrong address , and again without even call me. Item will be returned to shipper . Really? The parcel has not been delivered. Please go find it and give it to the right address.
Customer service say they will try and redeliver: now they admit it wasn't delivered first time (despite tracking saying it was).
Tracking still says it has been delivered!!!!

Eco scooting managed to resolve the issue and it was my mistake.

Very bad logistic cy. They lie about wrong address or delivery failure . After complaint they say your parcel will have priority but send it back to origin. Afterwards they said to contact customers serv. and then they send you blabla regret mailings .

My package was not delivered to my house but the order status says “delivered”. The package is lost and there are no notes or any support on where to find it.

I didn't receive parcel. No one came my home. I am waiting in my house. How it shows delivered online,?

It was never delivered! I never received a code from Locky box. All I get is an automatic message saying nothing that relates to never receiving my package!
