A late in the day order was turned around quickly for a next day delivery.
Good service and price, simples!

Ordered Symantec software, almost 25% cheaper than anywhere else, saving around £100. Item received on time, well packaged. No complaints.

We ordered 2 sets of software which were very competitively priced - around £20 cheaper than anywhere else. The order was placed mid-day and it arrived at 9.00am the following day!!
The customer service person I spoke to was polite, friendly and very efficient and answered all the queries I had in a professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ecostsoftware and would certainly use them again!

We ordered pro logic music disc for our sons university work came the next day in good order great value for money

We ordered an upgrade to CorelDRAW x5.
The price was approximately half that what Corel were looking to charge!!
We received the product within 1 week of ordering (from UK to RoI)
We will definitely be using eCostsoftware again in the future when we will be reviewing our software needs, and letting others know of our experience.

The customer service was excellent one of your staff called me by phone to inform me that the original software ordered was out of stock and asked me would I like an alternative software product. I promptly said yes and was offered Vista Ultimate as a replacement product.
The young lady I spoke to was very polite and very helpful.
I would just like to say a big thank you to you and all your staff for dealing with my order promptly.

Cheapest price found. Queries about the software and availability were answered immediately via a chat link on the website. Phoned order through and was processed without fuss, given our delivery would be to a different address to that of the credit card. Software arrived within one working day with the £5 special delivery via Royal Mail. Would use the company again.

All pre-order questions were answered quickly. The delivery was prompt and the software (Visual Studio) was running within 30mins of delivery. Altogether a good experience - it is a company I will use again.

Best price I could find for the software product I wanted and they delivered promptly. Will use again should I need software products.

I ordered a copy of Visual Studio 2010 from ecost software. The price was the lowest for the legitimate, retail boxed product on the internet.

It arrived next day, two days earlier than a copy of Adobe Design Premium ordered direct from Adobe; although VS10 was ordered later. Clean efficient ordering and payment. This is the third software product I have ordered from eCost Software and the response has been the same each time.

It's not often something that seems 'to good to be true' turns out to be genuine; but this is one such exception. If you qualify, then this is the place you should get your software - don't even think twice.

Now looking at purchasing for Charity too following confirmation from Microsoft, Adobe etc that the work 'we' do also qualifies for discounted software.

ECost Software were very good. My only gripe was that I bought an Adobe upgrade to a particular package in a software suite and subsequently found out that Adobe do not allow upgrades of individual programs. Adobe however were extremely obliging and allowed me to still upgrade the package. But I do believe that this was a one off and certainly would not rely on it. I almost wasted a lot of money and strongly suspect having opened the software package that I could not have returned it. I should have read and taken heed of their upgrade rules which are online. I am a happy customer, but through my own fault and due to the upgrade rules appearing on the Adobe website, not on the box almost very unhappy...

I found the sotware I wanted easily and for the best price around. Goods were dispatched promptly and arrived on time. Can't think of anything they could do to improve - just keep it up!

Having been supplied pirate software through Amazon I needed to be sure that this copy was pucker.
Cost was exhorbitant but not really ecosoftware's fault.
Delivery was very quick and ordering was easy.
