Dreadfully run company. Avoid.
Pro:
Lovely water butt that is perfect for what I wanted
Cons:
1) Was told AFTER payment that there are delays due to high demand and that it could take UP TO 10 days
2) Had to contact them after 11 days to ask where things were. This seemed to trigger them processing them posting me one from then as it arrived a couple of days later
3) I ordered it with a brass tap kit. It came with the wrong adapter bush so i couldnt attach the tap and hence could not fill the butt
4) emailed them to tell them about the issue.....no response
5) emailed again a couple of weeks later (by which time I had to go and buy the right part out of my own pocket)......no response
Dreadful service. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Just seems like a really poorly run company.
