I have bought several great bags from this company. My last was a gift from my husband. Within a few days, the bag broke as a result of a manufacturer's defect. I emailed customer service, sent the pictures they requested, and they replaced the bat at no cost to me. It was a great transaction; I will continue to purchase from them. The styles are great, and I always get complimented on my bags.

Beautiful bags, I’ve gotten two so far and I’m in love with the vintage but classic look. Whenever I go people ask me about them. You won’t find them in stores like a MK or a coach. This is special and carefully made.

Great product although I saw it way cheaper on Prime day. When I sent an email to cancel my order, I was told it was already sent out and nothing I could do at that point but send it back when it arrives. International shipping wasn't worth it.

This bag is GREAT! It's as cute as the photo on the website. Website is easy to navigate. And I love that it's vegan.

The item is nice quality and the color is ok. (Pigment not great) The shipping took a really long time. The thing that disappoints me the most is the weight of the bag. It is so heavy. I don't see myself carrying it very often.

Only thing is shipping updates were slow and it took awhile to get to me, but worth the wait!

Omg this bag is a dream come true, I have so much love for this bag, the colour, the material, the hold this has on me - it gets really heavy when I include both my iPad and MacBook + books + some other things (I bring so many things at once 😗) but I don't really care- my bags are all always heavy I've built muscles from bag-carrying

Oh before I leave, the shipment was all the way to Malaysia and it arrived in perfecttt condition (++++) points!!!

The bag arrived within a month. Maybe the packaging seemed a bit too little for the bag itself, however it was in good condition, with no damage whaysoever. Looks just as it does on the website and feels sturdy.

The product was packaged really well!

I bought 2 bags and while I love both of them they are a little smaller than I was expecting. Also I bought them as a bundle and it said the bundle discount would be applied at checkout but never was so I paid full price for both. I probably would not have bought both otherwise. Beware of the bundle scam. Also the bags took a while to get here because they use an unreliable shipper.

I bought a bag from Ecosusi a few years ago, but the quality was very poor. The bag was squeaky and very badly made, despite their claims that they only offer great quality. I contacted them and they refunded me, but I wish they would improve their quality. I love that they don't use actual animal skin, but there are much better quality vegan leathers out there. Not to mention they also offer silk products, which are highly unethical, and they don't disclose what their products are made out of other than vague descriptions like 'vegan leather'.

Till date, I have not receive my order and no updates.

I am more than happy with my brief case. I don't think Ive ever liked a bag more than I like this one. The quality is really good and its very durable. Above all that its pretty!!:,)

I love the feel of the leather but it's still light enough to carry my laptop and supplies. Super cute and ready for my fall semester. Sure most people don't wear a spring color in the fall but when it's a gloomy day that makes my color purple shine that much more to stand out. I love purple and I hope Ecosusi will come out with another shade of purple in the near future.
