Gorgeous bag
Gorgeous bag and such a lovely material, I’m curious to see how the vegan leather holds up to time but for now it’s the perfect uni bag. I fit my MacBook, 1 A4 notebook and 2 A5 notebooks, a small pencil case, my phone and computer charger and some snacks.

Loved it!
Shipping was exactly how it was estimated. It came with a hole in the package and it worried me a bit. I took it out and it looks beautiful! Where the hole was it looks like it was stabbed and a dent was on the back but overall I love my briefcase! I can't wait to use it for campus!

Poor customer service
My item took a while to get here, given it was international shipping that's to be expected. But I was disappointed when one of the clips arrived frozen, wouldn't move my latch hangs on to it. I messaged support right away with a price match to their cheaper Amazon listing & got a speedy response for a picture. However, it's been days no with no response to any action being done & international return labels are almost as expensive as the bag, which would take another month to get a non defective bag.
