Had the work done by ecotarget who started the work very quickly and I was given a time frame as to when the work would finish and to my surprise they got it done on time which was good. The works done was done to a good standard and workers were very polite and helpful and most importantly clean. Amanda who was over looking the project was very helpful and always doing her best to ensure everything was going to plan. The only downside was that the rubbish and scaffolding was left outside the house longer than we anticipated and had to make a few phone calls to get it removed but we understand that it may have been because of how busy they are so we won't hold that against them. Overall I am very happy with the work and have no complaint with eco target and would recommend them.

From start to finish, Amanda was great at updating us about the work schedule and was swift to respond to any queries or problems. The work done to our external walls is fantastic and was done extremly quickly. Everyone involved was extremely friendly and skilled so would highly reccomend Eco Target.

Avoid at all costs. Initially got in touch and was accepted for ECO4 Scheme back in Dec 2023. House assessment took place in Dec 2023 with lots of recommendations from the assessor, have call them 30 times ever since and keep getting fobbed off. They fail to return your call as promised. Find another provider.

I was contacted by Bishal of eco target who explained that i might qualify for an energy efficiency grant and measures for my home .He was polite and wasn’t pushy. He arranged a surveyor to visit the following week and recommended wall insulation . Within two days Ravi and his team installed wall insulation followed by skimming and new skirting boards and a week after that painting the walls Ravi and his team were very hard working and tidied up after themselves . An electrician also checked the sockets to ensure they were safe and straightened a socket which was not level but that wasn’t a big issue at all. A heating operative also checked the boiler and installed new boiler controls and a smart thermostat. A carpenter checked to ensure the rooms had air flow and trimmed the doors to allow that. All this was arranged by eco target which was very impressive

My experience with Ecotarget has been a mixed bag. I’m giving a 4* purely because of Ranj, he has been extremely helpful and responsive ever since he came into the team. I just wish others at Ecotarget who there is a lot of dependency on were as proactive and helpful as Ranj!

Efficient, attention to detail and very professional, Hussain and Hussain walked me through what was going to happen before hand and after showed me and walked me through what they had done with the team, brilliant Job I would highly recommend the company for theor work.
It's been a week and my house has never retained the heat the way it does now downstairs.

I was approached by Eco Target who explained the scheme to me very well although I was not keen from the beginning since I am always suspicious of such schemes based on what other people have gone through with other schemes.

The initial assessment was carried out professionally and all measurements and pictures taken as per job requirements.
The representative was articulate and clear in explaining the scheme.

I was told how Ilong it was going to take to be approved.
Finally got a call that it was approved and we can go ahead and book the Job.

The team arrived on a Friday as per agreement 8am.
The team were professional, removed the old roof, kept the rubbish in one place.
Material were delivered on time and the job was done within the stipulated time.
Excellent Job I must say.
I would not hesitate to recommend this scheme to anyone.

We had our house done back in October 2023. It was a smooth process from the beginning till the end. The person we are in contact with is Amanda, she has explained in detail what work they will be doing and how that would be beneficial for us. As winter is fast approaching, we wanted to get the work done as soon as possible so we could take advantage of the difference it would make. Amanda has managed the project exceptionally well. After the assessment of the property within a few days contractors started coming through and I would say in 2 weeks all work was done from Loft Insulation, External Wall Insulation, and the Heating Controls. She communicated with us all the way through and finished the project within a short timeframe. I would highly recommend her for any future projects that will be done in your home. everything went wrong from the start. once you sing the contract, you never be able to contact them for anything emails, calls or text msg. nobody answers the phones or do not bother to respond emails etc. They DO NOT give you any information about the job tey are going to do, not letting you know when is going to start or finish STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I had often thought about insulating my home but was often a little sceptical putting my trust in a company to do the work properly and putting my trust into people to deliver the project without creating problems. Zainab was my initial contact from Eco target she represented the Company very well and explained all options available for the Eco scheme. I was impressed with her service and general work ethics I decided to go ahead with the assessment, considering having declined many others that have come to my doorstep.
Zainab who managed the project came to do the assessment at my property in East London this was done efficiently and accurately again she explained all the steps of the assessment and stages that will follow onwards.
Within a week of the assessment the property was approved and the work began, Zainab often liaised with her team members for me as I couldn’t get through to her team on many occasions. Amanda was often too busy to reply back to emails. However, I would like to say I am pleased with the work carried and my house feels a lot warmer, hopefully I will see savings in my energy bills going forward.

We would like to start off by saying that we have had a very pleasant experience with Zainab at Eco Target.

It is always very important for the customer to be well-informed about how all the work will take place, Zainab was always very informative, she kept us informed step by step about how everything will be done. It is also important for the supplier to be knowledgeable about the work as customers always have certain questions which need to be answered to their satisfaction and I must say Zainab went above and beyond to satisfy us before we agreed for the work to be done. She is friendly, she is excellent at what she does, she is knowledgeable about her work, she was always on time, she did her best to satisfy us in every way and did not let us down. We are very happy with her overall service.

We would also add that Zainab is very cooperative in all aspects, she was always punctual with her appointments, emails and other correspondence we had.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Zainab for her professionalism towards our insulation job and look forward to working with Zainab again in the near future.

Zainab from EcoTarget contacted me about home installation. When I agreed she sent out her team to start the job. The work was completed within one month it would have been completed quicker if the weather had been nicer. Mr Bachan the CEO himself came down to our property to check the work done and made sure that the work was of high standard. Gregory tye manager for builders made sure that each job they completed I was satisfied with it. Zainab also contacted me on several occasions to see how the work is and if I was satisfied with it. Overall I am very satisfied with the job as my property look very durable and also i am now saving a lot of money on energy bills. Zainab has been a brilliant to me and is an asset to Eco Target. I would recommend everyone to go through her and Mr Bachan.

Noticed a difference since the external installation, hopefully will see a decrease in our bills.

Gave them 2 properties to do. Both unfinished work and kuljit no where to be seen. Ignores calls and messages no one even in their offices. She's nice first then when they get their government money she's off onto a new project. Myself and my agent both been chasing 6 months now we have to finish Job at our own cost. They left pile of bricks and rubbish in front of both houses and we had to now pay to remove it. Tenants are both unhappy. They did poor work, not put our guttering back on or the side driveway gate. That's cost us £2000. They remove things but don't put it back. Their contractors are rude and turn up without notice. They swear and terrible. Kuljit is shocking. Unprofessional and untrustworthy. We don't even have certificates or guarantees. Stay away from these fraudsters

Zainab of Eco Target project managed the work in my house from assessment through to the installers, under the eco4 scheme. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. I was happy with the end product. The builders were polite and very thoughtful. Overall an excellent experience.

Just wanted to highlight Ranj who I dealt with over the course of all the insulation work that was carried out at my address. He did a fantastic job in managing, co-ordinating and arranging the work. Super helpful in explaining the process and put me at ease with any queries raised. Also showed great knowledge/understanding of all type of insulation. Thank you for making my experience a pleasant one.

Hussain and his team did a great job with the underfloor insulation. Discussed the work and approach before carrying out the work. They showed great knowledge and expertise of the process and carried out the work efficiently with minimal disruption. Very pleased with the work!

The felt roofing in my kitchen extension required changing, I never got around doing it for a few years and then suddenly one afternoon Zainab Akbar knocks at my door. Initially I thought it was another sale scheme but Zainab explained to me the GB insulation scheme. I had a lot of questions but Zainab patiently answered all my questions and was very polite.
She booked the house for a survey in two days time. The survey was carried out and an extractor fan was also identified.
Within the next 48hours I had both the felt roof installed and the extractor fan installed.
The roofing and the electrical company used by ECO target were very professional. Very satisfied with their work.
In one week, Zainab first visit to completion of work, amazing. I was not expecting this kind of super service.
Just a week ago I also received the insurance certificate for felt roof insulation work carried out.
Zainab also followed up recently on the work carried out.
Amazing service. Nowadays this is extremely rare to get a company and a service like Zainabs.

Excellent service.. Zainub smashed it… explained everything about eco target and suddenly zainub and her team were there for the task.. Flat roof was done very quickly.. No complications in the service.. Job was done nicely defo recommended.. much appreciated!!!
